Normally I do not do reviews. But when you spend two thousand dollars in a place you expect your car to be fixed. I got my car gas kit and abs done here. It took them 2 weeks to get part after replacing part for abs they said computer person will is buisy call us and bri g car back . I called them no one called me back and i still have those errors. Niw within a month gaskit is leaking again. All employees there job is to lie owner never calls back . I guess this place you can get o ly oil change which i will not even do there​ read more

I got a Groupon for 4 wheel alignment and free tire rotation.... I go and wait 30-40 min for them to take my vehicle on an unauthorized test drive. When they bring it back the guy Omar I believe is his name tells me I don't need an alignment and gives me a list of other things that's wrong. I process to tell him. Ok please give me the alignment then. He gives me my car keys and says you don't need it.... Then when I proceed to ask for my money back he says the evaluation is included in the Groupon, but when I looked in the fine print, it does not say that at all. When I report to Groupon the issue, they can't give me my money back because the merchant claim the Groupon and said that the service was done when no service was done. So I was scammed out of $35 because of this and will be reporting them to BBB read more

Took my car in for an oil with a tire rotation. Didn't do the rotation bc front tires need to be replaced. I asked them to check tire pressure bc my light on the dash came on. When asked they said sensor is bad. Well come to find out sensor is good and tires were just low. Now I don't trust the oil change which I will check. Won't be back. Called manager he passed it off as human mistake. read more

I bought a Groupon for a fully synthetic oil change. Why are there always hidden charges at these kind of places? On the Groupon there were no additional charges mentioned however once I got here I was told there is another $14.95 disposal fee. The guy up front told me it's not him it's the marketing people. It's pathetic to advertise something and then add charges. This place must really be desperate for business to use such deceptive marketing tactics. read more

I'm tired of seeing you replying to everybody trying to get them help them and give advice that it doesn't help and I'm giving y'all a two star because y'all did an excellent job and y'all don't hesitate to fix my vehicle the other three missing stars are for fees that are included in not being told ahead of time Next , I wanna start off with God bless y'all for giving me an oil change and I appreciate y'all help and everything but those additional fees is kind of crazy. We got an app called Groupon to help people that are in need to save money for situations like this, and the fact that a full synthetic oil is $58 on Groupon, but the original price is $150. We're going to the store. They don't tell you about the additional prices. They tell you later I've never heard of an auto shop that does a disposal fee. I also never heard of an auto shop that doesn't give you the full liters for your vehicle and you have to pay extra for the remaining liters. And I understand companies have to do what they have to do but don't put up a big façade so customers come to you and they complain later. This is not cool. This is not a good looking at all but once again like I said before God bless y'all I hope the future I hope the best for y'all May the Lord be with y'all through all this company but scamming people like this. I purchased a Groupon to get a wheel alignment at this established, after having front end work done by my mechanic. Shortly after bringing my car into the bay, they lifted my car and apparently proceeded with performing the tire rotation, that is part of the Groupon service along with the wheel alignment; after completing the tire rotation and Omar the front desk representative ask me if I would follow him to the bay to show me under my car. He told me that my rack pinion was faulty and proceeded to slightly move it side to side, and saying it isn't suppose to move like that.? And that also, my less than one year front struts were also faulty and demonstrate by moving a plastic sleeve on both struts that moved up and down and that it wasn't suppose to do that.? Again, these were just inspected by my mechanic, who just did front end work, installing several front end parts, which is why I was there, since my mechanic doesn't have a wheel alignment rack. They proceeded to tell me that they could not guarantee the alignment and when I pushed to do it anyway, that I didn't care about any warranty or guarantee, they said that if they proceeded the results could be worst than it is presently. ? Basically didn't want to perform the alignment. It is my opinion that this was just a ruse to up-sell me because my mechanic, whom I called on the spot, said that there was nothing wrong with my rack n pinion, nor my struts. AC repair ac blows cold and then warm but when I took the vehicle in it stayed cold no leaks found tried evacuation and and refill was advised it was overfull Sam was great and I believe honest the problem still exist. read more

I haven't gotten any service here but I was able to go and Sam took care of me as well . Seen another review Sam was professional. Yes I agree Sam was not on the professional but he was attentive he's very patient answered all my questions and was honest of what the potential problem could be he gave me an estimate and a quote on some work for my issue happens again. Since I have an older car I'm sure I'm going to have other issues that pop .. brakes etc, I'm going to go to this location to diagnose and get fixed I normally do not write reviews but definitely going to be using the shot moving forward as they're close to where I live. So far I have taken both of my classic cars here to be worked on. I had this shop do a full engine removal and engine reseal for my Miata and they went above and beyond to make sure that not only was the job done correctly but that all the other issues were addressed. They were very professional and always let me know before hand if they saw something else that needed to be done. I am an experienced home mechanic myself and only take my cars to a shop if i dont have the time to fix a problem myself. Out of all of the shops this is definitely one of a couple shops that I feel I can trust with big jobs. The mechanics who worked on my car were very experienced, passionate doing what they do and always explained and showed me what they did on the car and why. Overall, I have had a very good experience taking my cars to be repaired here. read more

My friend and I brought his vehicle here to have the engine repaired/replaced. Due to unfortunate circumstances we were unable to complete the work at this time. Whenever we went to pick the car up, the owner would not allow him to use his credit card and stated he could use cash only, which was never expressed or agreed to prior to any work being done. It is my full belief that the owner is racist and was acting out on discrimination. It came to the point where he had to call the cops to come and facilitate them removing the car. I am so disappointed at this disgusting behavior. This company should be ashamed of themselves and I would certainly think twice before giving them any business. read more
