So after hearing great things about her clinic, I booked a body lymphatic massage and a lymphatic facial with Anne this morning and two hours later we're done and I am THRILLED with my results. Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the most snatched of them all? ME! Thank you Anne, I can't stop looking in the mirror! Anne's lymphatic massage super snatched my stomach and waist, she left me looking sleek and my abs are so defined now. She uses a combination of manual massage and gua sha tools, and is very thorough and detail oriented, she made sure she got every little crevice of my abdomen and also worked all of my lymph nodes. My arms and legs are also slimmer and more defined, and TMI warning but I could tell this was manually removing the retained fluid because although I went pee right before my appointment toward the end of my body massage I could feel an extreme urge to go again, it was my body flushing out all the retained water! Crazy! For the facial, she also is super detail oriented and very gentle. She first double cleansed my face, then did a full lymphatic drainage massage including a very effective buccal fat massage (done with gloves). It was incredible, it felt like my sinuses were unclogging but Anne explained that it's the retained lymphatic fluid being released -- I had no idea how much of my "sinus pressure" that regularly gave me minor headaches was actually lymphatic! She also (correctly) diagnosed me with minor TMJ and made an excellent recommendations for Botox treatment to help with the tension.
