The aesthetician, if you could call her that, applied so much pressure on my face, that my skin bled. It is now three years later and the scar is still there. ALL BAD. I had a microderm, the lady was texting on her phone while spot grinding off my skin with her other hand. then she neglected to put cotton on my eyes and rubbed cleanser into my eye yelled at me that it because i opened my eye, then she double dipped her fingers into face product and rubbed it into my skin now i have millia acne. I payed way more than I should have for these lashes and two experiences where my eyes stung while she was working on them which by the way has never happened anywhere else I've previously gotten my lashes done. I called them about their groupon to see if they price match to be nice bc my homegirl told me groupon takes a lot from businesses AND BOY WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS. On groupon they advertised "One Set of Full Look Mink Eyelash Extensions with Two-Week Fill" for $90something but when i got there they said they charge $25 to take off the old set i had on (and that process stung the f out of my eyes and YES B im 100% sure they were closed) so for that first visit i paid $116 total bc she said they charge an extra $2 for using a card. Whatever. I went back for my fill today and they hit me with the "oh we dont sell groupons with 2 week fills" um it's still on there? I literally copied the title for this review? They gouged another $60 from me today saying that and apparently the new set they put on is a 3D set which is "different" that sh* look the effing same bruh. So both trips here cost me $176 + tip (yes i tipped both visits like an idiot). I decided to get my lashes done here since I got the groupon and I had an "ok" experience. First, I waited about 5 minutes in the lobby before someone came to take me to my room and the "rooms" don't have doors they just have curtains so you can hear everything going on throughout the establishment which isn't really relaxing. Second, they don't speak much English so it was difficult to explain what I wanted but the lashes turned out ok. I wanted a more full set but they turned out to be more "classic" than anything. The lashes fell out very quickly when they should've lasted longer so I'm disappointed. Good deal , poor quality. Within a week most lashes fell off even though it was properly taken care off. They are horrible returning phone calls for rescheduling, left voicemail with their answering service , been over a week and still no return phone call ( I left 3 different voicemail). The eyelash extension technician named Maggie or something like that, expect a tip and out right would ask you for one. Tip is earned for good quality work and service. When I said , I will tip her when I come back for me refill since I don't have cash she said , " so your not going to tip me?" So, I left her No tip ! My eyes were burning when she was putting them on , the results looks ok. There's certain section she didn't apply much lashes and it looks scattered. She Spent more time on the right eye , the left eye was not complete. Another client walked in so she hurry up to finish mine. The place was not relaxing , no music , sterile. At first I liked this place but I think they spend extra time and attention on new customers because once I became a regular my eyelashes were rushed and sloppy! One eye always had more than the other. I would ask for a classic set but they would try to charge me for a full. And I would come in weekly for my refill but so many times I was "accidentally" charged for a brand new set. I got refunded but it was such a hassle. In addition to the poor quality the customer service was horrible! I don't even know why they offer appointments because they're NEVER on time! Oh and don't try to book a slot near their lunch cause they will either reschedule you till after, rush through your appointment or worse off leave you in the room with your lashes half way done while they eat. Eyelash extensions are affordable and decent quality. However, they are not respectful of your time. All 3 times I came in, they had me wait 20+ minutes. The last time I came in, they asked me to wait 30 minutes but I was on a time crunch so I asked to reschedule for the day after. When I came in today they asked me to wait 20 minutes again, which I was willing to do. However, after the 25 minute mark, I asked how many more minutes I had to wait and they said, 15 more minutes.... ugh. Also, they apparently forgot to write my appointment down on their log. (That wasn't the first time they forgot to write it down either) So I'm never coming back. I can be a very patient person but if a service is consistently disrespectful of my time, then I will no longer be a patron. read more

I love this place. I've been looking for a place that is affordable and great service. I first came and got the classic and it was okay, didn't seem like I had fake eyelashes so then the second time I tried the fuller look and I was amazed. I had gone over my weeks to get a fill because of my busy schedule and they were able to still do the fill, so I didn't have to pay full price. I tried a fuller look again but dramatic and all I have to say, is that I'm in love. The technician did an outside standing job!!! I have really big eyes, so they look natural still but make me feel pretty. I found this place off of Groupon since it was such a great deal for a full set and refill for only $71. It's a little hard to find since it's located inside a medical building but parking is accessible and easy. The first time I had a full set done the younger lady was so gentle and friendly. They ask if you want a classic or dramatic look. I went for the classic. The process took the traditional hour long process and I LOVED the results. They strongly enforce a 2 week refill be done but i still had a majority of the lashes still on. Give or take 5 fallen soldiers. (THATS REALLY GOOD). Cici did my refill and she is just as gentle and kind. I can see these lashes lasting much longer than the recommended 2 week fill. I will definitely be coming back!! read more

I came here because I had a Groupon. I never tried lash extensions before and this was a great way to experience my first time! The owner was super nice and was helpful during the entire process. However, they lost my appointment both times I went (hence the four stars). They were able to accommodate me regardless of losing my appointment, but still I didn't like the fact that they kept telling me there wasn't anything down for me despite my emails and booking when I was leaving. I haven't been here in 2 years and decided to go back. I had a breakout before a dinner and went to get a facial. I have dark scabs/blotches all over my cheeks and everybody is asking me what happened to my face. That is not what I want to hear or see after I pay for a treatment intended to improve health and look of my skin. In short . I arrived 12 mins before my 10 am appt. There was no one at the first desk . I wasn't greeted or acknowledged until 10 am. I set in the creepy dark waiting room not knowing if anyone was in the building . I said " is there anyone here " a few times but no one ever responded . When a lash technician finally surfaced with a customer I could hear them laughing & mocking me saying " is anyone here" as if I was in wrong for asking if anyone was in a professional place of business. I decided to go ahead with my appointment despite being treated rude , because I drove all the way from Moreno Valley. After my appointment I paid & my lash technician confronted me on " why I didn't tip her" . I told her that I heard her mocking me and laughing with the other customer and that I thought that was extremely rude . Her response was that " she was in the back working " which had absolutely nothing to do with why she couldn't simply acknowledge my presence being that she left the room multiple times during our session , so obviously leaving out in the middle of the session wasn't a big deal . I asked for a " short natural look" and she gave me the exact opposite and after reading the other comments I doubt they will even last long so yeah. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK! I came in for my first Brazilian wax a few years ago, because big girl reasons. I was very pleased with the finished product, but getting there was awkward and uncomfortable. Because I was nervous about having a complete stranger stare at and touch my lady parts for forty-five minutes, I tried making small talk with the beautician, and her responses were short and curt, if she even responded at all. And because it was my first time getting waxed -- in a very sensitive area, no less -- I had a tough time assisting her in keeping my skin pulled taut. And as a result, she actually snapped at me. I don't know what alternate universe she lives in, but I don't just come in and get this kind of work done all the time, and I unfortunately do not have a low pain tolerance, so I had little patience for that kind of treatment. I went in a second time, and had another similar experience. Eventually I decided $50 per visit is too much money to spend to get yelled at and treated like an inconvenience. I started coming here in January of this year. Nichole was my lash tech on my first visit. She did a great job the first time. So good that my lashes started naturally falling after 3 weeks. That's a good thing. HOWEVER!!! My second visit which was in February and I got a brand new set after the first two weeks they started falling out like CRAZY!! So bad that they ended up coming out COMPLETELY!!! So I decided to give my real lashes a break until I went in last Friday. Why the hell are they falling out and it has barely been 1 week? So I was doing research for great but affordable eyelash extensions and I came upon this little Gem on Groupon. It seemed to good to be true so I checked the yelp account and was quite impressed with the reviews and rating. I called and was able to make an appointment but when i came for that appointment they had told me that it was going to be 30 minutes before i can be seen. Good thing I was in no rush so I said no problem and waited. I actually ended up waiting about 45 minutes instead but it was no big deal. They also have an awesome special for first time clients as well!!! Now to the lashes!! I am in LOVE with them. She took her time and listened to what I wanted. I even showed her a photo for inspiration and she delivered. So moral of the story I will definitely be back for my fills from here on out! read more

Very clean, nice, calming atmosphere here. I come here to get waxing services, and the lady that does my waxing her name is Gina, she is very nice, and really makes you feel comfortable . She texts me everytime I have an appt with her a day in advance , which is really helpful. Amazing! Just amazing! I was referred by my friend and she told me Sisi works wonders! I went yesterday evening and she spent about 2 hours doing my microdermabrasion, extraction, and European facial, broke her back poor lady. And she was super honest about everything, didnt try to sell me anything even though I asked about the products on display, and she gave me a discount better than groupon even though I didn't mention any discount whatsoever, I mean how could I after all the work she's done? My face is still red and swollen but I was already told to expect this as I had MANY extractions and I have bad skin, yet I feel fresh and I feel like my skin is breathing for the first time ever. I usually use Yelp to read reviews on places I want to try out or to find new places. I just HAD to leave my review of this place. I first tried the eyelash extensions because of a Groupon like many others. I've actually been getting my extensions done here for about a year. Maybe because I got too 'comfortable' to look elsewhere like I should have. On one of my visits, the lady in charge of the place was doing my extensions. She asked me "Where did you get these lashes done at because they used fan lashes and they are very heavy on your natural lashes. We use individual mink lashes". To which I responded, the girl in the next room right here did them for me last week, that's why I'm here, to get them redone correctly. I then got crickets (AKA silence). I'm no lash expert but even I knew they were synthetic clump lashes and my reason to go back in and get what I pay for! BUTTTT my reason for no longer going back......the RUDE worker that will ask for a tip at the front desk no matter how many people are in the waiting room!! I witnessed a customer being asked FOUR TIMES, yes FOUR TIMES for a tip! The poor young girl told her she didn't bring cash and the worker told her 'so you're not giving me a tip?'. She told her again that she didn't bring cash and she was told they take cards too. Come on now...really?! I think a tip is earned not expected. I feel I am a very good tipper and the last time I went in I forgot to stop at the ATM. After I paid for my lash fill, I only had $4.00 left, which I gave her. She looked at me and said "Is this it?". Really, first you BEG for tips and then complain when it's not what you want?! That was the last straw for me!! Again, tips are earned NOT EXPECTED!!!! I purchased a groupon and I gifted my sister a voucher and purchased one for my self. 20 minutes prior to our appointment, they called me to push my appointment from 4:00 to 4:3O, which I guess is okay because things happen. Our face felt much better after the microdermasion facial. However, at the end when I tipped the lady (I tipped her a decent amount) she looked at me and asked, "This is it for both?" My concerns with this place are: First, the quality of work, Second, lack of respect on your set scheduled appointments and my last concern is, the lack of cleanliness of the whole place. First: The quality of work is fair. My reasoning is as follows: when you first get your lashes done, they are done in a way you will be somewhat satisfied. After paying $60-80 (depending on your coupon or Groupon special and I always had the classic lashes) the technician will tell you to come in two weeks for $30...$25 for Groupon) It starts to go way up as the number weeks increase. The first fill of your eyelashes, the quality of work is not the best when lashes are placed loosely and they start to fall off very easily as days go by. Then when you return, even if it's only been two weeks, you will end up paying more than $30 because the technician will tell you "she spend too long on the lashes that fell", but remember, they fell due to the poor quality of the placement. My second concern is the lack of respect of your time. At this spa, you are allowed to pick you next appointment day and time. But they do not keep your appointment time! Ever!! On all my scheduled appointments, I was never seen at the actual time set weeks before!!! On all Apointments, I waited one to two hours before I was seen!! This leads me to my conclusion of "lack of respect" on your precious time. And last, but not least, the-cleanliness of the place. Oh my lord!! Where do I start!! Well for starters, the lobby is tiny, so you wait and wait there and you start to notice everything!! There's is no dusting even attempted there! Items in a curio on the corner look dusty and old! The couch is filthy and so are the couch pillows!! And it's very messy behind the counter too! Then you walk in to the spa rooms! I have been on the first 3 in the front area, they seem clean, but when you look closely, under the beds there's trash and lots of dust! It's just dirty! Then you lay on the bed, and you know they do not change the pillow cases, sheets for every customer...because they are always running late and so EVERYONE gets the same sheets, pillows-case and blankets! The Technicians areas are messy messy messy! So are the other counters near by!! The restroom is messy and dusty too, look behind the "rock and towel warming microwave, it's filthy!!! In conclusion, I give this place one star. It had too many reasons why it should be visited by the Health Department!! In my eyes, it has too many flaws for a clean healthy environment. When I let her know I have already rescheduled for my 2 week follow up I wanted to see how well the extensions were. Mind you, upon arriving I wasn't greeted and she already had poor manners. But she continued to question me on why I wasn't tipping her. Tipping is optional and should never be demanded. If Nicole expects a tip she should work on being more welcoming and over professional. She went on to tell me how she took her time to work on my eyelashes. I'm sorry, but that's her job and the service was paid for. If tipping is demanded include it in prices. Sisi is the best sweet fast and best natural looking long lashes .,,, Very busy lots of regulars she ask you what look you want . Long short natural or not. I recommend going long natural looking to many lashes not good they just fall out. I have been getting lashes 10 years tried lots . After you shower blow dry on low with cold air . Keep clean to avoid itching ,,, comb them Dailey to remove any makeup. Its also recommend you use eyelash growing serum to keep your natural lashes strong Avoid breakage. It ended costing me much more since Queenie did a horrible job.. she said that she had to put them on my regular eye lashes and keep in mind I don't have that many ..
