If you were short staffed you should notify when the appointment is made or at-least when the person walks in for the appointment so they can decide to reschedule instead of basically being held hostage until services are completed hours later.

Unfortunately, it wasn't good and they just kept blaming my short nails because i bite them. That's fine, but you should have said you didn't have a service that would fit my needs.
