We changed more than three dental offices before finally finding Dr. Quinn, and I can honestly say this was the best decision for our child. From the very first visit, it was clear how professional and well-organized his practice is. The entire office management runs smoothly, appointments are well coordinated, and everything feels calm and thoughtful -- which is incredibly important when you have a sensitive child who is afraid of pain. Dr. Quinn has an exceptional way of communicating with children. He explains every step in a gentle, reassuring manner, never rushes, and truly makes kids feel safe and respected. My daughter immediately felt comfortable with him, which had not been the case in previous clinics. What impressed us most is his preventive approach. In several other offices, we were told that multiple baby teeth needed to be extracted. Dr. Quinn, however, suggested a treatment called Riva Star, which successfully stopped the progression of cavities. Thanks to this approach, three baby teeth were saved and did not need to be removed. Today we came in for the extraction of a different baby tooth, and everything was handled with absolute professionalism. The extraction went smoothly, a filling was placed on the neighboring teeth the same day, the laser was used for the filling procedure, and a space maintainer was placed -- all done efficiently and with great care. This was especially meaningful to us because in a previous clinic, they were unable to extract a tooth even after a full hour, during which my daughter suffered and became extremely distressed. Dr. Quinn's approach was the complete opposite -- calm, precise, and compassionate. If you are looking for a dentist who truly cares about children, prioritizes prevention, uses modern techniques, and understands how to work with anxious and sensitive kids, Dr. Quinn is absolutely exceptional. So I purposefully sought out a dental office that was holistic and gentle in their approach. My 4 yo child has autism and speech delay, so I was scared, to say the least. Besides the general check up, we were there because my son fell and hit his front tooth, causing darkening of the tooth. When we walked in for our first visit, we were warmly greeted by the staff in the front and any personnel that came out from the back. Check in was easy and the wait time was minimal. The waiting space has toys and books for children to play. Office was clean and welcoming in its entirety. First visit went great, and they were very patient and kind to us. After that visit, I wanted to have desensitizing visits so my son could acclimated each time we went going forward, which they do! We've had 3 visits altogether and have one coming up in December. We had the best experience at Milk tooth Pediatric. My daughter has cerebral palsy so it was very important for us to find the perfect care for her. Charlin greeted us with the friendliest smile and had us called in almost immediately (All paperwork was sent over prior, which made the paperless check-in very smoothly). Phenomenal!!!! If I could add 100 more stars to my Milk Tooth Pediatric Dentistry review I would. This was my 3yo's first dental appointment and she barely wanted to leave. Milk Toot, Dr. Quinn, Jessica and the entire staff and office is the perfect mix of everything I could imagine or wish for a dentists office to be. Upon booking the appointment, I received an informative, but concise email and had all my initial questions answered. I was able to fill out all the forms seamlessly within 8mins online, including uploading my insurance card way before the appointment so there was no form filling out day of. When I walked in, I was taken aback by how clean, lovely and inviting the entry space was! A full playroom setup with many wooden toys, dolls, books -!; fun things for all kids ages. I was so relaxed, even offered different coffees and teas I could enjoy while at the appointment. When Jessica, our hygienist greeted us, she came down to my daughters level, looked her in the eye and treated her with so much respect. We both got a full tour of the office, every room and all the tools, so my daughter and I were super comfortable and felt more at ease and homey. Upon sitting in the chair, my daughter was offered to watch any Disney+ show or movie she wanted, which was on the ceiling above. While wearing headphones on low throughout the whole appointment, she could hear Jessica explain everything she did to her teeth in detail while enjoying Encanto. Unlike all my young years going to the dentist, my daughter enjoyed the entire visit!!! Maybe the greatest part of our visit is that I even had to play the role of patient. Being three months pregnant in the summer, midway through my daughters cleaning I was a little overheated and felt faint so the staff laid me down in a patient chair and brought me cold towels, snacks and juice and let me rest and recover for 10 mins. I felt so taken care of. This is definitely a special office with above and beyond dental practitioners. I am so grateful to Dr. Quinn for creating this unique experience for kids, although it should be the norm, Milk Tooth is paving a better path for long term health and we are big fans!!!! read more
