This is a review for their online store. I ordered a case about two weeks ago. I waited and tracked the shipping, and ended up receiving an email confirming that my package had successfully arrived. However, I didn't ever get my case. Despite my confirmation email stating the correct address, the case was sent to the wrong address. I contacted their costumer service and had to wait a few days for a response. Several days after that, they finally reshipped the case to the same wrong address as before, despite me reconfirming the correct address. Well, I hope whoever lives at that address enjoys their free phone cases. I've asked for a refund because I'm tired of waiting. I don't recommend ordering from this company. read more

I highly recommend not buying anything from Milkyway cases. Bought a case from them that had decals on it that were peeling off and looked like crap. I've tried numerous times to get a refund and all contact information is a dead-end. They refuse to refund me. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

This is a decent sized kiosk in the middle of the shopping plaza. They had a lot of cases to choose from but unfortunately did not have all of them that I was looking for. Love their cases, they're beautiful and pretty trendy. You might have also seen a lot of the pretty little liars actresses using them on Instagram and snap! The cases here will run you about $18 for one. The employee who helped me was nice and allowed me to take the last case that was used as a display. read more

I ordered a case and was told that I'd receive a number to track my order. Never received one until I emailed them asking for it. Took awhile to get to me and it wasn't really worth the wait. The real product compared to online photos are quite different. I found the case quality quite cheap. This is a review for their online store. As most of the reviews have stated, their customer service is terrible. I NEVER write reviews, especially bad ones but I am fed up with trying to get ahold of someone. I ordered a case and screen protector a month ago, received confirmation that it shipped and here we are a month from then and it still says pending shipping. I have reached out through DM on their Instagram multiple times as well as email and even tried to call, cannot get an answer. I have never had issues with them before and have bought plenty of cases but this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know how they run a business this way. I placed an order on November 28th for two cases. My credit card has already been charged. I never received a follow up email that was supposed to arrive and confirm my order. I actually just sent them a request for delivery time 2 days ago, and have not yet received a reply from that as well. As of right now, I'm very disappointed with the customer service. I'm not sure if I'm going to cancel my order or wait for it to arrive. If I don't receive within the next 2 to 3 business days, I will cancel regardless of how pretty their cases are. read more

I hate to write a bad review but this company just didn't impress me. While I have not been to their store, I have dealt with them online. So I received one of their cases for Christmas last year and I was super excited about getting it, but within the first 10 minutes of using it, the image started to rub off. By the next day the image was completely gone. I then emailed them about the problem and they replied --nice and politely-- asking if I'd like a replacement. I didn't really want another one when I knew the image on the case was just going to rub off again, but I went ahead and told them to send the replacement case. ...I never got a new case. Nothing. It's been about 4 months since they said they would send a replacement. I didn't really feel like alerting them about that because it just seemed like a waste of time, but just for the hell of it I left a comment on one of their photos on Instagram telling them what they said to me and that they never came through with it. A couple days went by and I never got a response. I went and looked and saw that they had DELETED my comment from the photo. They saw what I said and didn't even reply. MILKYWAY HOLDS THE WORST ONLINE COMPANY EVER. I ordered two phone cases for Christmas presents and i realized i ordered the wrong size for one of the cases . That was my fault, but when i went on their website to see how to exchange the phone case for a new size, it said that we have to contact the company first. Okay, fair enough. NOPE! They were so horrible at getting back to me. I still didn't even have the phone case yet and it was a little past Christmas. Once when i got the phone cases i was actually very disappointed to find out that the prints on the cases seemed very cheap. I got the Macaroon one and some sort of white design on the other. The phone case with the white design looked TERRIBLE. It was all blurry and not how the picture looks. The macaroon phone case was cute... but it felt like the print was glued onto the top of the phone case or something. So anyways enough about their quality.. i am not exaggerating when i say this I literally emailed this company 4 times before they finally answered. and when they did they were trying to make it up to me and said that i can just get a new phone case without having to return my ugly looking case that i got. Okay, that was nice ... but lets just say the case is sitting in a drawer right now. So i told them the case size that i wanted and a new print. To make the long story short, they email me back after SEVERAL TRIES OF GETTING A HOLD OF THEM and they say that my address is incorrect in their system and thats why it took so long for them to ship my new phone case out. FIRST OF ALL, how could my address be incorrect in their system when they mailed me two phone cases not even almost a month ago. My address was fine then? That makes no sense.
