I grabbed six of them, but while looking around I noticed they've got way more to offer: SRF wagyu burgers, house-made jerky, marinated meats, plus a great selection of BBQ sauces, rubs, and hot sauces. The butcher was super friendly and helpful, which sealed the deal. No more walking past--this is officially my new go-to spot for meats and rubs in Chelan. It's small, with a deli counter and a refrigerated case containing some of the sausages, coming in packs of 4. We picked up a pack of the polish kielbasa, and bacon bratwurst. They have an award winning beef stick (landjaeger) that we wanted to try, and need to be gotten directly from the deli counter.
