I ordered the "Her First Flowers" arrangement for the birth of my new granddaughter. The arrangement was very different from what was shown and some of the flowers looked a little "spent". Another arrangement from this same florist was delivered to her room at the same time and that one didn't look any better. I would probably not order from them again. read more

I ordered a "double orchid" arrangement in February 2024, to be delivered as a gift for a hostess. It was for a big fancy party at a big fancy house near Preston Trails CC.. The lady on the phone recommended the arrangement and it was gorgeous - way more elegant than a big arrangement of fresh cut flowers. There were two large orchids, a small succulent, and a few other things (I don't know anything about flowers). I think it might look good for weeks. read more

I contacted them via their website after hours on a Thursday for a specific floral inquiry, and they responded very quickly and communicated positively. Somehow, they were able to source/order exactly what I wanted and have it ready to pick up Saturday morning! I placed this order for a child receiving her first ever flower delivery. It was sent from her dad because he is away for work on her birthday. The flowers were delivered with no notification they were on the way. The driver left the flowers outdoors in the middle of a soaking wet doormat due to the rainstorm the night before. One of the balloons was broken and the other two were deflated. I called the floral shop to let them know all this. The person handling the call asked me why I was upset. She said it wasn't the shop's problem the doormat was soaking wet. She made sure to go in depth that I had placed a $65.00 order - not a $95.00 order because the taxes and delivery didn't need to be considered part of this. I still spent the $95 and change with a base price of $65.00. I would expect white glove service from any florist at any price. Aren't they in the business of delivering happy? Being the shop is 3 miles door to door, I would have thought they would have offered to at the very least bring new balloons and knock on the door with a refreshed arrangement. Obviously, since I'm taking the time to place a review, I got no assistance. There are plenty of floral shops to order from. I ordered a custom arrangement to be delivered for my mother's birthday. She sent photos, and it is *stunning*. Better than I imagined when I placed the order. This florist gets excellent quality flowers and knows how to use them to make a perfectly balanced, vibrant display. I therefore felt really bad that I had to ask for a replacement. The reason I ordered a custom arrangement was so that I could specify an all-cat-safe assortment of plants. My parents have cats, and it's impossible to keep cats out of plants anywhere in the house, so it really needed to be only non-toxic plants. In the order, I listed some flowers I knew to be safe, which I admit would probably not have looked as good as the ones in the arrangement, but the arrangement included tulips and larkspur (Delphinium), both of which can be deadly to cats, and carnations, which can make them sick. I called and explained the problem, and the florist immediately offered to replace the arrangement with a safe one, no questions asked. I absolutely recommend this business for both the quality and artistry of their work and their customer service, and only deducted a star because of the cat safety problem with the original arrangement. I spoke with an employee at this florist and placed an order for 2 dozen roses for a 10th wedding anniversary. I will admit I usually get flowers at the grocery store but as this was a special occasion, I wanted the best. The employee was very kind and seemed helpful and the delivery time was set around 2 pm today. I wanted to be home when the flowers were delivered to take a photo of my wife receiving the flowers. I was also promised by the florist an email with a photo of the flowers to confirm that I was satisfied. At 12:30 before the delivery time, my wife sends me a text as I am still away at work, with a pic of the arrangement thanking me, but I noticed it wasn't 2 dozen roses...and when I got home I confirmed it was only one dozen. In addition I never got a photo by email from this florist which would have helped me notice that it was only a dozen. I called to find out what happened and they only billed me for a dozen as the employee accepted the blame. They offered to bring another dozen but the moment and surprise was gone and the one chance to prove better than a grocery store missed. Not to mention they didn't offer any kind of restitution. I would give only 1 star but the arrangement was done well and the lady at the florist was friendly. My first and last business with them, and that is disappointing to me. read more
