Dealerships are a Dime a Dozen.... This one might be Quarter a dozen!…read more I wanted to test drive the MME prior to putting a order in for one then waiting months to get one. I called over to Dorian and was setup with Colette in Sales and was greatly helpful throughout the whole process. She said she had one on the lot and to come on in ASAP to test drive before it's gone. I went test drive and we spoke after on the process of ordering when the banks open. While waiting patiently for the order banks to open Colette was always responsive to my emails on getting information about the dates. Once ordered the wait began... I received emails through the waiting period about my order and when the time arrived to pickup the vehicle Colette was still very responsive to everything I've requested. If she didn't know the answer she found someone to give me the answer and didn't make something up. On the day of signing everything was ready and lasted less than 5 mins, everything was ready and on tablets not paper to sign. If everyone is like Colette over at Dorian then it will definitely be my go to dealership for repairs and future purchases! Thank you again for a great experience with the process!

Their service department told me over the phone they don't even think they have software updates for such an old vehicle! But they could make an appt for a diagnostic test to see what it needed for $212, then give me an estimate for the fix! I told him I would buy another radio and stop buying Ford altogether! Laighed and told him to eff off with his rip off!

Get there at 8 am on a Wednesday. Stand there for nearly 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledges us. Then give us a hard time that they "can't find find the appointment" and have to show multiple forms of proof that we made an appointment. They tell us they're so backed up it might take a few days. Fine, but couldn't give any ETA or provide a loaner. Flash forward to Friday. No call, no email, no text, no update at all. I try calling and reception directs my call to someone's voicemail. I leave a voicemail. No call back. I try calling back later and explain I need my car and at this point I will take it somewhere else, who do i need to talk to. Give me the same guy's name, and takes my info and says she'll give it to him and he'll call me back. Still doesn't call. So now I have to either Uber or walk to this place to actually talk to someone because they obviously don't care at all about customer service. If you read any of these other reviews, it seems like that's pretty consistent for them. If you need to service your car, I would take it anywhere but here. And if you buy a car from, them don't expect them to do anything for you once you drive off the lot.

I had an appointment and it took 50 minutes to install wheel locks. Why don't they come standard anymore? This was more money out of pocket and time. I don't understand why less is being offered. When I got my car back, it was shaking much worse than before. At anything over 50 mph, the car was practically undrivable. What makes this even more frustrating is that the technician's own paperwork acknowledged there was still an issue. The printout noted they could still feel a shake, and my service advisor, Tyler, told me the same. The paperwork even stated that if the shaking continued, the suspension and steering might need to be checked. Instead of discussing these findings or working toward a resolution, I was sent home with a car that drove significantly worse than when I brought it in. I took my car to Discount Tire for a second opinion. They told me all four tires were out of balance and said they were surprised I was even able to drive the car to their shop. After they properly rebalanced the tires, my car drove exactly like it did before Moran serviced it. After spending $129.99 on a road force balance that made my vehicle worse, I contacted Moran Chevrolet and spoke with Laura Marklin, the Service Manager. I provided documentation from Discount Tire along with videos showing how badly the steering wheel was shaking. Rather than discussing a reasonable resolution, Laura insisted their computer showed everything was balanced correctly and that nothing was wrong with their work, essentially suggesting Discount Tire was wrong. However, once Discount rebalanced the tires, my car immediately drove normally again. The only solution Moran offered was to refund the balancing charge and put towards brakes. if I returned to have my brakes serviced there. That was completely unacceptable. If they couldn't properly balance my tires, why would I trust them to perform brake work? To make matters worse, there were pen marks all over my windshield visor tint that I had to clean off myself. Then, when an employee brought my car around, he attempted to drive it through the automatic car wash until another employee stopped him, explaining that Camaros and Corvettes should not go through it. From start to finish, this was an awful experience. The workmanship was poor, the customer service was even worse, and at no point did I feel like anyone genuinely cared about making the situation right. My car was originally purchased from this dealership in 2010, and I expected them to stand behind their work. Instead, I had to pay another shop to correct their mistake and was offered no meaningful resolution. Their website says, "If anything about your visit wasn't perfect, please reach out to me so I can make it right." Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I will not be returning for service or purchasing another vehicle from Moran Chevrolet. I'd rather support a local independent shop that takes pride in its work, treats customers with respect, and stands behind the services it provides.
