Miller Glass did a good job for us. We needed a large fixed pane window replaced looking out to the backyard after a bird flew into it and cracked it. We got a few quotes and they were very competitive. They did a good job with helping us decide if we needed a little bit better quality window. I actually appreciated that they did not try to upsell us unnecessarily. They actually pointed out that the window we were replacing is seldom in the direct sun, so the added UV factor wasn't worth the extra cost. Thanks for saving us the money! They did a good job with the install. It looks as good as new and there have been no problems. The only slight con was that it took longer than we were told to get the window and get it installed. This, on it's own would not be a huge concern. My issue is that they did not communicate it to us. I had to call a week later to find out what was going on. We ordered a top of the line shower glass and door from them and when the first glass was constructed and came to their office they noticed a scratch and sent it back. The new glass came in perfect and Mac and Josh showed up this morning (on time) and wasted NO TIME. Installed in under an hour and to perfection. I think when things are done to anywhere close to perfection, it's just as easy, if not easier, to find little flaws. Well, there are none. Great job guys and thank you. Steve and Joshua did an excellent job with the window replacements at our house. They were efficient, thorough, and professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing and to make sure the windows were perfectly installed. These guys are very knowledgeable, skilled, and left no mess or cleanup behind. They also explained the warranty and left a folder with the documentation information. I was replacing 2 broken door windows with interior blinds originally purchased from a big box store. My order was still a week away when I met a Miller Glass Installer at a fueling station. I called the Miller Glass office and they said they could have replacements in a day or two. They advised me on Do it yourself installation (I am fairly handy) and even with a restock fee from the big box, I saved $ and had the windows replaced almost a week sooner. The initial technician was kind enough to call the shop and see if anyone could come by and install the window. It was after 4:00 on a Friday and Mark came to the rescue! Today David came by my work to repair a door that was broken. When David came through the front door, it slammed shut behind him. David immediately set down his work bag and ladder, removed a screw driver, and adjusted our doors so they now close slowly and quietly! He then picked his stuff back up and asked me to point him in the direction of the door he was there to fix. Best place to get glass from. They got back to me very quickly with a quote, did not even hear one word from the other guys. They gave an honest and accurate quote and time frame for getting the work done. I will definitely go back. I am going to order a door from them too. I needed to have a window on my truck replaced and after calling the company I was referred to by my insurance, I called Miller Glass. They were able to get me in three days earlier than the other company, offered to store the truck at their location so it wouldn't be on my busy street, and were $60 cheaper.
