Service was mediocre. The spinach dip and mozzarella sticks seemed to be sitting before served. Each of the appetizers weren't very hot when they got to the table. Veggie patty was too soft and not very flavorful but I added onion rings to it to jazz it up. This was my first time eating here and I was not very impressed. There is a bar inside along with a nice amount of seating. This place seems to be a good spot for Sunday football.

Started out well. Party of six. Seated ahead of half the group so we could get drinks and an app on the way. Taylor our server is on it getting drinks and entrees ordered. Since we were catching up with family we chatted away about 45 minutes and we realized "where is our food". Somewhere things went off the rails. To say we were surprised is an understatement. Finally the manager comes over and says the food should be out in a minute. An hour after ordering our food arrived. The food was average at best. Not what we experienced before. Two of the six ordered the daily special (ribs), two carbonara, ravioli and a salad. Not complicated. Manager was apologetic and comp'd the table. Server was upset since every table In her section had issues. We took care of Taylor knowing it wasn't her fault. Am I off Miller's. No. But if they repeat this nightmare I will have to really think twice about coming OTB. Also they got rid of the Field Goal Trio of wings, zingers and shrimp. So sad.

I haven't been to one of these restaurants since sometime in the 2010's but since they opened one in my area where there aren't many dining options, we decided to give them a try. The place was lively. The menu items reasonably priced and the options tasty. We opted for loaded fries, i ordered the full baby rack ribs off of their daily specials and the hubby ordered a cilantro chicken bowl. The service was quick and personable. Overall, it was a good experience.

I will start by saying that the staff are generally pretty good. There are exceptions, but overall everyone is friendly. I will also give credit to the beer selection and the quality of the mixed drinks prepared at the bar. However, I have been consistently disappointed with this place every time I've eaten anything here. From cold food, burned food, improperly prepared food, or just not tasty food, each order has been thoroughly underwhelming. Maybe it's me. Maybe I have unreasonable expectations that hot food should be served hot, or that loaded fries should not be burned, or that fried fish shouldn't be soaked in cold fryer oil. At any rate, I'm not saying I won't be back, I'm just saying that I'll stick to beer and eat elsewhere.

** UPDATE 4/12/2025 ** I returned with my sister who was in town for work. Zinger Salad again and again, did not disappoint! They were much busier than last time but our service didn't suffer for it. The salad was fresh, the zingers hot and the tea refreshing. The restaurant was clean as was the parking lot even with construction going on next door. I'm so happy we have an Ale House now!

Service at the outside bar was friendly & attentive. She made tasty cocktails & was knowledgeable about their extensive beer selection. The outside area is nice bc it's screened in (no bugs). The calamari was good. We sent the spinach dip back, it had no flavor. Food was timely. Reasonable prices, no happy hour. Restroom was clean.

So, after 18 years in the Emerald State, we finally up sticked and left for the Sunshine State and having finally got some organization into the new home it was time to sniff out the Value For Money restaurants and bars of Melbourne Florida. Well not quite but anyway read on you won't regret it (if you live near Melbourne or Orlando, no good if you're in Alaska, sorry!!). Discovered by accident on a visit to Orlando to see the wife's sister who was over from England with the cheerleading teams she runs (Worlds Dance Championships are held here) We were meeting them at Olive Garden (no this is not a review for O.G. so calm down, I know its awful) While waiting we decided to find a bar nearby to get a quick pint or 3 before meeting up with 30 odd screaming an bawling kids (Dutch courage) so we found Miller's Ale House just over the road, so off we went. Now bearing in mind this was the middle of Tourist trap city I expected nothing less than extortion, not so came the cry, read on. Miller Ale House is a modern restaurant/bar with and outside and inside area, seems to me the outside is more for the serious drinkers (no I did not head straight for it, how dare you ) We headed indoors and sat at the bar. Greeted warmly by the staff handed a menu I opened tentatively fearing the worst. What a stunning surprise, cocktails many under $10 and containing premium brands beers $6.00, wine under $8.00 happy hour cheaper still, (please stop crying good folks of WA, $16 cocktails with cheap battery acid brands are probably just as good..NOT) I was stunned and dived straight into a bath of Long Island Ice Tea, Tanqueray Gin, Captain Morgan Run & Absolut Vodka, yes $8.00 and I watched them make it, no scrimping on the measures WOW. Ahh ok lure people in with cheap drinks and gouge them on the food I thought. Wrong again Hill !! Burgers start at $10 and rise to a whopping $16, Fillet Mignon with sides $26.00 no that really is a 2 at the front not a 5 as in WA. We only had drinks in Orlando, but were super happy to discover another Miller's in Melbourne so off we went last Friday. Even nicer than Orlando the building looks very new and very clean inside. This time we were eating but I still got my LIIT to start. I ordered the Cue Burger wife ordered the buffalo chicken burger $14 & $13 respectively. Both arrived piping hot. My burger was the business (previous readers will know I like my burgers, and this was one was up there with the best) super moist cooked to perfection I could not fault it, the wife's chicken was the same, absolutely faultless. 3 cocktails 2 mains all under $55 this is value for money all the way. We will be back again and again to try out the menu and more cocktails. What a start to our new home area.

Happy to see this new restaurant in the community. It surely was on point with a perfect medium burger. Their service was outstanding. Since it's the first day many corporate staff to help out. The ambiance was typical for a Friday night. TV's all over and music playing. Will be back for zingers soon!

Both were very well presented and tasted fine. I had the Italian Grinder sub, cold with a decent size side salad chopped small, fair. The sub had crumbling pale white soft bread as the roll. If a restaurant serves a sub they should make sure the roll is decent. I don't know why it is such an issue to not serve a hard roll. An Italian or French baguette would have made the sandwich!! That's the Italian way!! It said vinaigrette on the roll but it was the exact same dressing as the Italian dressing on the salad which I guess is okay. The guys had Florida Ale and Sailfish IPA. I had Pinot Noir, meh...fair. I will go back and just not order the "Grinder Italian sub" and I'll order an IPA. Overall nice airy place, clean with outdoor seating. Looking forward to another visit. The service was pretty good by the bartender inside.

Service was pleasant, the outside patio was clean, and the wings came out looking like they were ready for a photo shoot. When I bit in... Juicy, crispy, well-seasoned, full of flavor. Exactly what I signed up for. One of the wings had a little... internal monologue going on (aka a tiny bit of blood). I set that particular wing aside for a few minutes like it was in "timeout" (pun intended) and, to be fair, it was cooked through. I decided not to include that as a picture. Could've used another couple minutes in the fryer though. Anyone who's ever fried frozen wings knows that's a high-risk, high-reward situation. I've lived that life. The tots did its job and completely average. No drama. All in all, a solid lunch spot with good vibes, good wings, and only one mildly rebellious wing.
