    Best breakfast ever.

This place is the best place of all other places. No place can place against this place. It has a place in my heart and a place in my stomach. Recommend anything for breakfast. For lunch, Philly cheesesteak on flatbread. Yah welcome.

Great quality and prices. If you're ever near here it's a must stop! Theres a small store with dry goods and various groceries. Great place to buy spices. You can also buy the chicken salads in bulk! Homemade breads and pastries - we love the cinnamon rolls and raspberry cream cheese rolls! Special chicken salad, jalapeño bread and club (either sandwich or quesadilla) are my go to! Love this place!

The only mistake I made was not buying multiple pies and loaves of fresh bread. Best fresh bread I've had in over a decade.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. They also have fresh baked goods! While it can get busy, the service is fast.

The sandwiches are incredible (we had chicken salad and a BLT). Next time we're anywhere near we're coming back for more.

The Special Chicken Salad is the main attraction for us, but I have ordered deli sandwiches that were also excellent.

Their walls have pictures of veterans which was really special. I had the hamburger steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli.. oh and you MUST have one of their rolls. Hamburger steak was cooked perfectly, mashed potatoes were real! My husband had the fish and shrimp, fries and coleslaw ( they have 2 options- vinegar base or mayo base) we chose vinegar base. We really like the vinegar base it was different and very good, believe it may have had some bell peppers in it. His shrimp and fish were cooked perfectly. The only regret we had was not getting a dessert.. no room for it after these two wonderful meals.

Great staff pointed us right to a table and quickly got us menus and drinks. We knew with a homecoming spot this, to us, the only choice is chicken fried steak and Hamburger steak with sides. Both were excellent, fresh and house made thru and thru. My side salad was a little disappointing but again this is a spot for southern selections like mashed potatoes, cream corn and hand battered onion rings - all of which we had and loved. The rolls wet a little sweet like Hawaiian rolls which were so good with some butter. We left after grabbing some massive to go teas for the road. Highly recommend if you are hungry!

First let me start by saying that I typically go out of my way to support small businesses. So,…read morewhen I saw Gus' Deli, with a 4.8 star rating, I knew I couldn't resist stopping in. (Tl:Dr at bottom) The restaurant itself is very charming. The service was done with a smile. The problem came when I was handed my bag to-go. It felt LIGHT. I rewound in my head to recall the price of my meal. $15.50. I said "there can't be a sandwich in this container. Somethings missing." To my surprise there was a sandwich inside the container. The smallest Reuben sandwich I've ever laid eyes upon. Astonished I asked the counter lady "is this the $15 version or is this a half order or something?" She called for the manager. The manager assured me that this was $15.50 worth of food because "there's chips and a pickle." The sandwich, while delicious, was a mess. It's a Reuben, to be expected. Do they give you napkins? Nope. They put a sticker on the Togo box though, which is charming but, a waste of their overhead. The chips were almost stale, but not quite. Obviously poured from a large bag arbitrarily into the Togo container. Nothing to note of the pickle. This was not a $15.50 meal. The place was empty, and now I know why. Rather than being seen as an alternative to a chain deli restaurant right down the street this place is viewed as a more expensive option. And in today's economy that's not a winning strategy. This business could learn something from the recent pricing scenario that Doritos went through. They raised prices, likely to keep their margin as high as possible while production costs rise, and instead of taking in the profits they saw consumers leave their chips on the shelf in search of cheaper options. Are they still the best flavored chips on the market, arguable but likely. But what they did after the backlash was to lower prices and therefore gain volume sales, which makes the margin less relevant. This business is likely failing. No deli should be empty at 11am. That's lunch time, and deli sandwiches are a staple meal for lunch in America. This business will be gone, sadly, and in its place a 5 guys burgers will eventually take its place. At least they'll avoid putting a sticker on the Togo container and likely give you a napkin or two. The cost difference is probably staggering. Tl:Dr overpriced little sandwich.

We ordered the tuna salad on an everything bagel which was dreamy! The tuna salad was tasty and the bagel warm and toasty. The turkey Swiss was on the softest sandwich roll and very flavorful.
