We were so happy to discover this unassuming little Thai restaurant while traveling through NH on 7/4/24 when many other eateries were closed. In fact, I'm glad other places were closed, or we might have missed out on a delicious meal at Vong's! Their lunch boxes are such a nice variety of different taste sensations, and a surprising hearty portion. The Panang Curry with shrimp was fantastic, with well cooked shrimp and a sauce that had a perfect sweet heat to be absorbed by the white rice. I could have eaten a bowl of the sauce like a soup it was so good. My family also really enjoyed the Pad See Ew w/ tofu. Service was fairly prompt and welcoming, and food was served nice and hot. Definitely recommend for a casual flavorful lunch or dinner.

Did a to go order tonight, they confirmed the order and let us know they were prepping it, and then ket us know it was ready to pick up! Fast service! We had the app sampler and clear seafood soup and drunken noodle dish. App sampler amazing! Soup husband said it was ok needs more flavor. The drunken noodles i had made mild! It was the perfect amount of spice ! Prices are a bit high for the portions. But We will order again.

Great, friendly service. Nice selection on the menu including lunch specials. Quiet atmosphere... Probably because everyone was very much enjoying their food. I ordered a shrimp drunken noodle lunch and my friends had a spicy chicken pad thai lunch and chicken teriyaki dinner. The lunch box options were such a deal! For $15.95 you got your option of main dish with miso soup, salad, a spring roll a crab rangoon and a fried banana. My dish had a nice flavorful heat at a two pepper rating. My friend's pad thai was a three pepper rating which she said was perfect; I tasted it and one bite was great, but I think if I ate the whole dish, it would have been too hot by the end for me. Both of us that ordered the lunch boxes left with Happy bellies and about half of our main dishes still left for later. We also order the thai iced tea and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend hitting Vongs up for lunch!

Fast friendly service. Clean restroom, extensive menu, calm atmosphere, easy access, fresh ingredients.

Fried ice cream with authentic rolled outer shell, and not a soggy cornflake shell like so many places make! So good!!

Always amazing Thai food! Update to add Some of the best fried ice cream we have had too! Authentic rolled outer shell, and not the soggy corn flake shell most places make. So good!!

Good service, yummy food. Too spicy papaya salad but great pad Thai! The prices are reasonable and tables well spaced.

As a bonus, the tofu center is still cold so you can really get complete unpleasantness with every bite. And, rather than having to spend a bunch of time waiting for your noodles to clump together as they congeal, they serve them already clumped so you get the opportunity to eat your noodle in brick form. Now it is one of those downtown Concord places I circle back to whenever I am craving something brothy and comforting that still has some personality. Most visits revolve around noodle soups, and I have worked my way through a good chunk of the menu. The spicy miso ramen has a deep heat that builds instead of hitting you all at once, and the shoyu ramen is clean and savory in a way that makes you keep sipping the broth even when you are full. The Bubba pho and veggie pho are both solid, generous bowls, and the Korean noodle soup that started as a special clearly earned its permanent spot. Even the Japanese curry soup, which I expected to be heavier, if I had to nitpick I wish it had more curry flavor. My favorite order though is the spicy tantan, with a tweak. Sub the ground chicken for the soy glazed chicken. It adds texture and a little sweetness that really works with the spice. Service is friendly without hovering, and the pacing is usually spot on even when they are busy. The space itself is small, but I rarely struggle to get a table, and the bar seating is a nice option if you are solo. Portions are filling, prices feel fair, and I always leave thinking about what I will order next time.

Lots of nooks and crannies, including an L-shaped bar, before you get to the main dining room. VERY lengthy menu comprising at least four Asian cuisines. My wife and I tried 10 dishes over two visits. -- Scallion Pancake: My wife chose this. Not exactly blazing new ground, but light, crispy, more scallion flavor than most, and ginger dipping sauce darker, thicker, clingier, and tastier than most. Above average. -- Cold Noodles with Sesame Sauce: Gotta mix this all up to get all the flavors distributed. Thin noodles, softer than most, and mildly spicy sauce saucier than most-- meaning it somewhat overpowered the noodles textually. Taste wise, no problem. Average. -- Singapore Chow Mei Fun Noodles with Tofu: This is my wife's dish and her domain. She's pretty particular about how she wants her noodles, and she was pleased that this rendition was neither too wet nor too sweet. Thumbs up from her. I tried a small bite and agreed. Above average. -- Biang Biang Noodles with Spicy Cumin Lamb: My favorite dish of the day and a pleasure both taste wise and texture wise. Long, thick noodles that felt homemade, not too sticky, not impossible to break, and nice wiggle. Not particularly spicy in the hot pepper way, but very spicy in the flavor way, with the cumin, as well as complementary vegetables. I've had this dish in a bunch of places and I gotta say this was the freshest I've ever had the lamb. Just enough liquid to make it work while letting the noodles and lamb shine. Well above average. Some heat would bring it over the top. -- Fish Filets in Sichuan Hot Chili Broth: Standard dish, solid execution with no surprises. Very tender fish, perhaps a little fuller if cut than most and a bit less spicy than most. Average, but not a bad average-- this dish is usually good and so was this rendition. -- Honey Spareribs: The second visit started with a dud here, as the ribs looked and felt very old. Honey glaze with odd cinnamony notes couldn't hide the dryness. I sent them back and they took them off the bill. -- Cucumber and Fungus in Vinegar Sauce: A cool, refreshing dish with the cukes well marinated but still crisp to the bite. -- Mini Pork Buns: Small (grape-sized) balls of pork surrounded by bao dough, steamed and lightly fried, served with a sweetened soy sauce. Not bad, not remarkable. --Sautéed String Beans: Thin, moist, cooked through but still retaining snap, slightly blackened in a good way, and accented with salty fermented bits. Very nicely done, though not spicy as billed. -- Ma Po Tofu without Meat: Soft, silky tofu and a smooth, mildly spicy sauce without any bits and pieces to add interest. Good flavor but a little one-note. Good service. You don't often get full service, never mind good service, at a hand pulled noodle joint, so this was a pleasant surprise. The interpretations of classic dishes were different enough that I can see some naysayers, but I mostly liked mostly everything, with the first visit very strong and the second a bit of a drop off. Very good value, as the volume of servings was higher than most and the pricing was lower than most. HUGE menu. Some might say too huge, too ambitious, and I agree. But as long as the execution is there in a few key dishes-- like the biang biang noodles I'll mostly stick to--I'm happy. My wife likes it, so there'll be more visits.

In short, this is my "go to" Chinese restaurant, mainly because their "Lunch and Dinner Specials," which are always available, give me everything I want: Egg Roll, Rice, and Main item, plus fortune cookie, for a reasonable price. I usually get Szechuan Chicken or Chow Mein, but also order Pork or Chicken Lo Mein either as stand alone or as a substitute for the rice in the order (slight upcharge). The Egg Roll, as noted by other reviewers, is large and excellent, as is the pork fried rice that comes with most dishes. I often substitute white rice, which is also great. Only once in those 15 years did I get something that wasn't 5-stars: Sesame chicken. It was just a bit too sweet and came as golfball-sized chicken nuggets. Guess you can always find something to complain about. But overall, I drive 30 minutes and pass by three other chinese places to get to Million Dragon, and never go anywhere else unless I want to sit down (they have a few ables, but no one seems to eat there) and be waited on (then Green Ginger fits the bill). I highly recommend you give them a try.
