We had tried one of these type places in Milwaukee and enjoyed it so we decided to give this place a try. I have to say, this place was better than the other one we tried. The sauce we had great flavor, we got the buttery Cajun. We all got the shrimp, claims, and crawfish and we added the sausage. It really did have some great flavor and the crawfish and shrimp were meaty. My son who isn't a huge seafood lover tried the bang bang catfish sandwich and really enjoyed it. Only reason I took a star off is that it is an old Perkins building and inside it felt like an old Perkins building, plus their bathroom had the worst odor coming from them. 3rd time in 3 weeks, we love this place. Last night we were seated by a very disrespectful couple, the waitress worked hard to keep them happy. First they requested to go cups and plastic silverware instead of the normal cups and silverware (If your not ready to leave your house after covid, just stay home). Not sure who dumped it but one of the cups of soda spilled on the floor. Somehow after the couple changed their order multiple times. Who would guess that it was "messed up". They started becoming unruly and asked to see a manager. Even better the owner came to the table. Lady was still a bitch and basically wanted the waitress fired. The couple left, but not until they made a scene all the way to the doorway. This place has awesome food, the staff is doing their best. It was the busiest that we have seen it. When we left, we gave the waitress $20 tip as the couple left her nothing. I'm sorry but that was uncalled for. We love this place and travel 1 1/2 hours one way to eat here. Excellent food, excellent service. Sarah took great care of us and was really patient as it was our first time there. She gave us recommendations and explained the different heat levels of their sauces and took time with us and gave us the time we needed without pressure. Then the food started coming; the best calamari I've had in a long time. Headless pealed shrimp in their medium sauce was too spicy for a member of our party, but was perfect for me, and you can pick your own heat tolerance. Clams were amazing as was the clam chowder and raw oysters. Pricey? Perhaps. But the freshness and quality is so well worth it. Plus, There really are many items on the menu for every budget. We were long awaiting the opening of this restaurant. We were warmly greeted and the service was soooo friendly. We ordered mostly apps since they looked so good. This place could best be described as the love child between Long John Silver and McCormick and Schmick's. Unfortunately, not in the good way of great food with cheap prices. I don't usually complain about prices, but when the gater bites are $16 for a small dish, I think they taste like chicken and I could have had the salad bar at River's Bend. Still I needed to try them. The crab bread was not that good but the garlic noodles are to die for. The iced tea was also very good and again the service was great. I'm not sure they will make it Green Bay. I wish them well but for my money I'll go to River's Bend or the Union Hotel. read more

It was alright. The waitress we had was super duper attentive and sooo incredibly kind. She made sure our experience would be nice. We had the lunch special and the flavoring was pretty good but we had the calamari and said to add Cajun seasoning but when it came out there was zero Cajun seasoning and the calamari was uncooked. We called the waitress over and she apologized but we understood it wasn't her fault. She went over the order she took for us and she did show us she put down Cajun seasoning but the cooks just didn't care. It was pretty dead the time we went. The waitress went back to ask them to remake it and they remade the calamari and added Cajun seasoning buuuuuut the calamari was still raw. We called her over and told her that the calamari was still raw. She was pretty upset herself at what they were serving cos she said she wanted us to have a good experience there and to come back. She said she was gonna ask them to take it off our tab. She went and talked to this other lady which I'm guessing was the manager and the manager was throwing a little fit and she kept staring at us. It obvious she probably thought we were trying to cheat her. I'm not gonna eat seafood raw that's literally asking to have food poisoning. The manager came over eventually after the waitress talked to her and said she'd take it to the back and get us ANOTHER one. But I told her nicely that it's okay and that I just wanted her to know that her cooks needed to be extra careful when it comes to cooking seafood next time. I personally wouldn't wanna come back again but I appreciate the super kind waitress for going the extra mile just to make sure we'd be okay. She was going on her lunch break and luckily we finished our food in time and chased after her to give her a generous tip personally. read more

The Millions Crab restaurant has a bright inviting decor. We had a welcoming and cheerful waitress who tried to keep us happy while the kitchen failed to deliver. The menu is interesting with a wide variety of shellfish and sauce options. Prices seemed high so we were expecting both quality & quantity We ordered the Shimp & Avocado Salad, the Dungeness Crab, Crab Chowder and Fish & Chips with catfish. The crab dinner came with potato and corn on the cob with a selection of sauces. The meal arrived with a very small corn cob (maybe 1/3 of a normal cob) and a single small red potato with a black spot on it. The creamy garlic sauce tasted fishy and was poured over the entire dinner, potato and corn cob included! The Fish & Chips order was delivered 15 minutes after the rest of the meal. Without asking, they sent out a side of fries in the meantime. I would have preferred something less fattening and filling such as a small side salad. At the end of the meal, they sent out a complimentary cheesecake, again without asking. Nice thought, but next time... ask! The tables had no salt and pepper. We had to ask for them. We had to ask for hand wipes and tartar sauce too. They could have been offered while our order was taken. We didn't know they had them. No coffee or decaf. It would have been nice during our complimentary dessert. All in all, the food was good although not great and a little overpriced... $72 for our meal. So we ate a decent but overpriced meal, messed up by a disorganized kitchen, but saved by an attentive waitress. read more

This place is fabulously southern for being in the Midwest. They have a wonderful interior with great decor and comfortable booths. The accommodate you will all kinds of coverings so you won't get messy, all the tools you'll need to retrieve the meat and a bin to keep your plate clean of shells and others. The whole staff is friendly and willing to answer all your questions. They have a wonderful menu with all kinds of options to customize or get a value combo. The food was all cooked perfectly and quick to come out, even while being busy on a Saturday evening. The flavors are fantastic, you can taste the depth of the seasonings, and the freshness in the meat. The pricing is fair and they even have desert (which we were unfortunately too stuffed to try). I would recommend this to anyone, a first timer or someone who's had seafood boil a million times. I also want to note you can control how spicy it is, so if you prefer yours to be not so spicy or flamin hot they'll happily oblige. It was delightful! read more

First and last time dining at Millions. Used to drive to the Horse and Plow in Kohler for a great lobster roll. No longer on their menu and was thrilled to see on line at Millions. Just walking in, knew we should have left. Noon on a weekend and there we're 4 tables taken. Looks like a diner. With the menu , we were expecting a great place to have a drink and seafood. No alcohol, and paper table cloths kids could draw on. We both ordered the lobster rolls...extremely pricey, but were craving them. Didn't look at all like pictured and didn't taste like lobster at all. If you closed your eyes you wouldn't know what was on the bun. Did not taste fresh. If it at least wowed us, it would have been worth the money. But $60 later, we walked out and said "yuck". Waitress very nice, that's was it on this place. read more

I went to Millions today. Should have been concerned when I pulled in and we were the only car and people at around 3:20pm. We, as we thought, were the only customers in the place. The prices are definitely not Midwest prices, more like East or West coast prices but thought what the heck. We ordered a Catfish plate and a Grouper plate. My wife got her dinner but the server said she sent mine back just because it didn't look good and she would not bring it out to a customer. My wife was about 1/2 way thru her meal when mine came out. I ordered the catfish and cajun fries got the fish but regular fries. I advised the server and she said she was going to correct it. I advise not necessary as I didn't want to waste the food but she insisted and took care of it. My wife and I determined after getting my meal that her fries were wrong also, she got the cajun fries. Guess two errors on one order! What can I say? Apparently, catfish is an acquired taste and I don't have the taste for it. I did try my wife's grouper and it was good. When the host came around to check on us I was honest and told him I was not happy and why. How do you screw up an order when there are only two people to worry about. My server Micquelle V. was very professional and enjoyed dealing with her as my gratuity showed. The host did offer us an appetizer to take home which we did accept.
