Another company removed popcorn ceilings because it had asbestos. So we were looking for a someone to patch up the ceilings and paint the walls with and needed to start ASAP. We were moving out of our townhome and it needed some serious repairs. We needed to repaint the interior of the townhome, as well as put in a new kitchen floor and bathroom vinyl floor. We needed to have our home painted prior to putting it up for sale. Lots of holes from pictures on the wall, mounted TVs, etc. Milton and his team of professionals really did a great job patching the holes and making sure the walls were looking great. They spent extra time prepping with primer so that the color underneath didn't come through when they painted with the color paint we wanted them to use. And then they used two coats of paint and were strategic on where the flat paint would be used versus the semi-gloss.
