Horrible service! Food came out to the table. Then waited 3 minutes for the waiter to bring our forks. Told the waiter to just leave the utensils on the table, instead he told me "No, I'd rather do it myself". He then proceeded to put 1 spoon on a napkin at a time, then a fork, then a knife. He did this for 4 people. Very irritating. Needless to say he didn't receive a tip. Food was ok, just overpriced. read more

I went to Mimi's Cafe this morning to pickup some carrot cake madeleines. The manager brought them to me and didn't charge me for them because he said they were very small. I thought that was very considerate and good customer service. My husband and I go there a lot for breakfast and the breakfast is always consistently good. Their mimosas are great too! read more

What a joke... If it wasn't for the kindness of the hostess, I'd of left! So got here at 8:45 am. for breakfast. The hostess asked the only server if she could sit us down. Mistake! The server without a flinch, said she's too busy. Could not take another table. The hostess then came and apologized. Said she would take care of us. Party of two. As we entered the dining room, the server *Jeanie* looked at the hostess and rolled her eyes then shook her head. Unbelievable!!! The nice thing about this location is that they have a cozy little bar area that is separate from the main dining rooms and walk ways. After you order a bottle of wine and some food, it's quite relaxing to hang out in this area. Although last night for some reason a toddler rolled under our high top table several times. Maybe he had too much chocolate milk, (bartender cut him off!) who knows . . . House wine here is $5 a glass or $20 a bottle. I have had better, but I have also had worse, way worse! For dinner, I had the grilled salmon and my friend had the chicken tillamook mac and cheese. She works out all the time, and I am quite envious of her carb loading abilities, so I was delighted that my salmon was better than I expected. Served with sautéed spinach and roasted potatoes, absolutely delicious. My carb envy disappeared almost as quickly as my meal. And the best part was we had a buy one, get one free meal coupon. Service was awesome, but that's probably because there was absolutely no one in the restaurant. That should've been our first warning. The menu offered a three course meal. Kind of like the one you get at Chili's. It's $29 very clearly totally forgot to put whether that was for one person or two. Most of the dinner deals at all the other restaurants we go to are for two people, appetizer, entrée and share dessert. Nowhere on the menu did it say per person. Got the bill and it was $67 for two very mediocre meals. It's not a lie on the menu it's just very deceiving. There's lots of other places to go I would definitely choose them. Tried to call corporate about 1 million times and send emails but there is absolutely no way to contact anyone about this restaurant, so good luck with that. read more

I ordered the walnut chicken salad w/ French onion soup and enjoyed every bite. Joseph was an attentive and considerate waiter: He was there to meet every need we had. I consider this establishment one of the better restaurant options to dine in at for any occasion. I typically visit this location about once a week usually for breakfast. I'm very pleased to say I'm always given a warm and friendly greeting by their staff when I walk in. What really impresses me the most about this place, is their variety of menu items, quality of ingredients and high level of customer service offered to their patrons. I would personally like to thank and recognize two waitresses that always provide great service: Annika and Miranda. They go above and beyond to ensure that I have a very enjoyable dining experience. I had the pleasure of finally being formally introduced to the manager Danny this morning. I must say he is one of the most courteous, professional and hands-on managers I have ever met. He's very attentive, willing to help out his staff when needed and strives to make sure his customers' expectations are met. He's the right man for the job! Was seated quickly upon arrival. Server was a young gentleman named Rosalio. He was very attentive. Kept checking up on table and went beyond. Food was below average. Waffle had no taste. Cinnabon French toast dry and not soft at all and very hard to chew. Orange juice tasted like water. Didn't bother to get a to go box and both my wife and myself left 70 percent of food. If it wasn't for Rosalio I'd give 1 star. read more
