I had seen this place pop up on Instagram and decided to click on the profile. Then I looked it up and realized this is the same place I used to come to when I was a kid. It had been well over 10+ years since I had been here. They had advertised various items on their Instagram donuts, pastries, drinks ect. Then I saw they had a chorizo breakfast burrito so I had to try it out. So I stopped by this morning before going to work and was greeted when I walked in and it was excellent. The burrito had the right flavor, right spice with a side of green salsa that was good. Def going to have to come back for the burrito and try some of the donuts again. read more

7 AM on a Tuesday morning and most of the donuts are already sold out. After waiting 2 minutes for the lady behind the counter to finish selling lottery tickets to the gentleman in front of me, a second lady came out from the back and helped the gentleman behind me, because he was clearly a regular. Worst donut/sandwich experience EVER. Prices are too much for the poor quality of food served.. Lady at the counter was extremely slow. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches 3 donuts and drinks. As she was making our sandwiches I witnessed a fly land and walk all over one of the croissants, she shooed it away and continued to make the sandwich. I asked if she could make another sandwich and she said why...I told her a fly had just crawled all over my sandwich and without even acknowledging me got another croissant as if It was a great annoyance. No covers on any of the food, the back of the donut case is wide open and flies and even bees flying around everywhere. I asked if she had ketchup and she bought out a bottle of ketchup that was brown and said "you put it on yourself I have no to go" EVERYTHING looks highly unsanitary and just plain old! Didn't want to be that person that makes a big deal about stuff so I paid my $24 dollars and will give ALL the food away to homeless people as I am so disgusted with the quality of this place. Looks like its true what I've read in the other reviews...this place is good for lottery tickets only. Also the coke I bought was so old the bottle was yellow. read more

Loved the old owners cuz I grew up with them but honestly this place has improved so much. BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICHES and delicious Iced coffee! i was charged 50 cents just for using my debit card. no one carries cash these days. i paid 2.75, almost $3 for one single donut, which is crazy and unfair. $3 donut at a mom and pop shop is crazy especially when donuts are so cheap to make. i don't like being overcharged for a basic donut. if they're not trying to gouge loyal customers, they should change that. read more

This used to be Jenny's Donuts, at least that's what the receipts say but they're the best darn donuts i know of close to my work. I gonna go out there and say it. It's better than Dunkin, it is, i kid you not. These donuts are fresh. I go here for paydays and get donuts for the office and they're always fresh, doesn't matter what time you go. I know, and that's all i'll say about that. It's a small shop but it's clean and it sells winning lottery tickets. That's a double ding-ding for me.. good donuts AND lottery ticket, wha? Came here for the Lotto and will return for the sweets. I've only visited a couple times but they've left an impression on me. They have a wall of winning tickets letting you know exactly how much and how many winners they have, two scratchers please!! Also, the customer service is great, they're pretty attentive and it's appreciated that they actually tell you "good luck" after you purchase a scratcher. I'll be stopping by this place more often for my lotto and donut needs because boy do I have donut needs!!! read more

I'm not one to ever complain but I literally made an account just to comment on this place. If I could give them zero stars I would. I was waiting behind a gentleman who had won money on a lottery ticket and the employee or owner was dealing with money and no gloves. It was finally my turn and I wanted some donuts. The cashier didn't even wash her hands. I waited for her to do it but nothing. I finally said something and she had the audacity to say that she wasn't touching them and that she was using the prongs. So we are here going back and forth about her washing her hands until I had enough and walked out. 1. We are in a pandemic, just wash your hands. 2. If you don't want to wash your hands that bad, wear gloves! 3. Value your customers. It took more time arguing about not washing your hands, than it would to just wash them. read more

Had an urge for a donut this am, so I checked yelp and found Mimi's. It's a little busier than most donut shops, due to so many people in to buy lotto tickets, evidently this place is lucky.
