I went to the atm to attempt to pull out cash because I knew he was going to try to go back and change the charge once I swiped my card. He said I couldn't use the atm so I asked if my wife could go next door to pull the cash off. He said no he was calling the police. And locked us inside the location which wasn't an issue because we never tried to leave. It did feel unsafe. The police arrived and told him I was obligated to pay for my nails or me and my wife's toes ($140, no acrylic just regular pedicures), however the ladies did an amazing job so I did want to pay them for their service, my wife ended up getting the cash off because the officer said at any point and time we can leave but as I said I wanted to pay the ladies, I paid and he started talking mess to me, my wife and the officer. We were offered the standard pedi or the deluxe, which included a scrub, massage, and a few other extras. We both opted for the deluxe and it was so relaxing and aromatic. My daughter decided to try the dipping manicure. That was interesting to watch as I'd never seen it, much less heard of it. She was very happy that the color will not come off as it is an actual powder that is placed on in layers. It was interesting to watch for sure. This little shop sits in a tiny strip center right off of Blanding. They've been there for over 20 years and I'm sorry that I haven't been there before but I will be back.
