Man have they hit the ground running, or what? 45 minute waits times as the lunch hour approaches. This caused them to deny any menu variations, so that was disappointing. Fans on the porches can't reach everyone. Doors are left open a lot in this heat so inside is cooler but the heat is a bit of an issue. The crowds make it tough to enjoy. The food is ok, still looking for that wow moment, but the beauty of the place is a big five star, especially for a breakfast brunch place! It has a Charleston/ Hilton Head area feel to it and so very welcome for our area! I do enjoy it and I believe it will only get better as they catch their breath after the season slows down a little. Sat at the bar. Windows and doors open (bar serves in and outside). Flys are noticeable but not an annoyance. Mimosas very tasty and they had one in front of me in about two minutes . Ordered a burger with fruit on side. Took about 10 or 12 min so that was great as well. Burger had nice presentation, but there was no taste. Like extremely weird for hamburger to not have flavor.... I loved this place. Went twice I three days. The service was great. Food came out quickly. Ambiance was great. Lots of natural light. They have a sunroom/patio area as well. The mimosas were good (traditional and peach). I had the beignets. They were DELICIOUS! I am from New Orleans and these are the best I have had outside of New Orleans. I also had the Gypsy bowl which was delicious. Could not eat all of it. Also had the croissant French toast the first time. Everything on the menu sounded yummy. Had a hard time deciding what to get. I wood absolutely go back here whenever I was in Myrtle Beach. Recommended it to all my friends that were in town. Highly recommend. read more

The bar was available, indoor/outdoor concept which is nice (similar to Blueberry's in a couple ways) beautiful shaded patio, plenty of space, open airy concept. The atmosphere is really nice and for their first Saturday the wait wasn't long. However, we waited over an hour for our food to come out. I understand it Saturday and they are new however, having to wait 45 before someone let us know that the kitchen was backed up was unacceptable. They did offer us beignets and the wait staff was very apologetic which was nice. I just wish the manager would have stopped by, especially being their first weekend, to know how everything is going and to keep us informed. Went to Mimosas for the first time yesterday & I have a few things to review... All of the staff had a smile on their face, whether they were helping us or not. The whole place was pleasant and had an upbeat relaxing vibe. There was SO much to order, I wanted one of everything, haha. I chose the Crab Cake Benedict with home fries for about $18. It was a little pricey but I'm a thick girl and who loves food & I could have easily split this meal with someone else. The crab cakes and English muffins were HUGE, so it is definitely a shareable platter. Now let's talk about the fries & home fries. . You won't find better fries in myrtle, I challenge you. My grandma got the shrimp tacos, and my mom got the smash burger. Everyone raved on their meals. The sweet tea was a little wonky, but I'm a southern girl, so my tea standards are high, haha. The food presentation was good! However, the food was bland and lacked flavor (Breakfast Smash Burger and Avocado toast).
