I got the probiotic lemonade and it was delicious. The hot dog was a little too sour, a little too much fermented things. Kind of punched me in the face. The beer was pretty decent. Not sure I would go again but it was a nice experience to try out.

Amazing place! The kombucha, hard seltzer, and probiotic soda are delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also the patio is spacious and kiddo friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Kind staff! 10/10 recommend. Can't wait to come back and try the food!

The best appetizer in the Greater Sacramento Area! The "Fluff" will leave you wanting more and wanting to kiss the creative genius who created this masterpiece! Then you have to try every seltzer #latenightshenanigans and [[HIGHLIGHT]]take in the wonderful ambience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommended!

We always come here when we're visiting from out of town and wish there was a similar concept place near us. It has a great variety that makes it a great choice for a crowd. Everyone will have an option to choose even NA. Food is also good but they do allow you to bring in your own which is nice. Highly recommend checking this place out! The green zone dip is my favorite paired with whatever new seltzer or beer they have.

    This is THE spot!

Fruity seltzers? Check. Kombuchas? Check. IPAs, Blondes, Stouts? Check. Check. Check. ADD IN food that will satisfy your hunger but also make you feel fancy! Umm, yes please! [[HIGHLIGHT]]All the drink and food options are 10/10 and the vibe is comfortable and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Def making this my weekly spot!

Always a good go to place for seasonal rotating drinks! Love coming in and trying their kombucha and sour beers, they're always very accommodating and let you try all the drinks before deciding on one. There is even a choice to do a flight! Their Panini sandwich and chips were good! Just the right amount of food balanced with a drink. We LOVED the Chilean-style chimichurri, just be aware it has a kick! This time around, we sat at the bar and the owner Lauren was super nice and attentive! Love how transparent she is with her business and all the new ideas they plan to bring to their business in the near future. They do all kinds of events throughout the week, including trivia nights, and live music. They keep small signs showing dates of events to keep you updated if you want to enjoy extra entertainment or know when to come when it's a bit more lowkey. Outdoor seating is an added plus!

Sweet Heat Panini, Probiotic Soda, Chips & Dip

I don't drink alcohol but I love this place's probiotic soda and vinegar drinks. We tried the food for the first time today and it was better than we were expecting. Paninis, chip and dip, and hummus platter, along with a pitcher of probiotic soda. Kids and adults enjoyed it all! Not a fan of the tarot cards though, and would prefer it were not a part of the scene. Love that there are games (like chess) available to play.

So fortunate to have Mindscape Fermentations as a local spot. As someone involved in the beer community, this is where I bring visitors to experience truly thoughtful fermentations. Their seltzers are done with real quality, their beer releases are solid, and they often feature great guest taps as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is welcoming, comfortable, and family-friendly, with some games, seating options, and a few food items to round it out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A place with heart, intention, and excellent drinks...always a win.

    Are well-behaved dogs allowed inside?

What I heard the other night, indoors no with the food service. But they have a nice shaded outdoor patio that would accommodate you.

I arrived around 3:45 pm and waited about 15 minutes before going inside at 4:00 pm. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and they even offered focaccia bread and water while I waited, which I appreciated. I ordered two kids pizzas, one with pineapple and one with olives, and specifically asked for extra sauce because my kids like their pizza that way. I was also charged an extra $2 for the toppings, which I paid, but it would have been nice if that had been communicated to me upfront. Unfortunately, after waiting about 40 minutes, the pizzas were very disappointing. My kids immediately said it tasted like cheese bread, and after trying it myself, I agreed. There was barely any sauce at all, which was surprising since I had asked for extra sauce. My kids wouldn't eat it, and I ended up having to take them somewhere else to get pizza. I was really disappointed after driving so far and having high expectations based on the reviews. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

The casual yet cozy atmosphere prompts fun conversation. There's a nice old world ambiance about it. Perusing the menus we first chose a carafe of wine, a Barbera. Tasty bread was brought to the table along with oil/vinegar and herbs on a plate. My main course selection was the Maccheroni e Formaggio, spiral pasta (macaroni) with a rich sauce, lots of cheese and breadcrumbs. I got it with meatballs which I highly recommend. The dish was delicious and very filling. For dessert I chose the cannoli which has been my favorite. Unfortunately, this time it tasted dry and the middle of the shell was hard as a rock. The filling was good. Service was very friendly, not rushed and attentive. They always add to an enjoyable meal. I continue to highly recommend this place for a good Italian meal.

(which we weren't, sadly) when we got the check, we were so disappointed to spend nearly $300 on a father's day meal that was simply not good. we wanted to have a delicious meal to celebrate my dad but unfortunately that wasn't the case. we wouldn't come back here or recommend honestly. :(
