You can tell that the owner puts such thought and love and care into her work. I love the sustainability focus that the owner has. She stopped doing single serve cans because it does not align with her mission. Now she only does kegs or glass bottles. I appreciate that she offers discounts when people bring in their own bottles. If you haven't been before or forgot your bottle or weren't planning on getting kombucha, she sells bottles with the cutest designs on them in a variety of fun and bright colors. On my most recent visit, one bartender was noticeably rude to me on more than one occasion during the same visit, so it didn't feel like a misunderstanding or an isolated moment. Later, I asked who the manager was because I had a question about the air bnb and was directed to another girl who appeared inconvenienced and offered no greeting or assistance. Even a simple "Can I help you with something?" would have gone a long way. I assumed the less-than-warm service might have been due to the crowds and busy environment, but after experiencing the same thing again on our next visit, it feels more like a personal issue than a one-off bad day. It's unfortunate because the property is beautiful, the beer is good, and this brewery has so much going for it. We bragged about this place to our friends and then felt embarrassed after we got the eye-roll treatment. With so many great breweries to choose from, friendly customer service matters.
