many of Warwick Is the worst dealer I have ever seen. My mother-in-law bought a 2009 mini Cooper from them. last year She had an issue and electrical issue. They replaced a fuse panel at the tune of $1100 which did not fix the problem. they suggested that she traded in and buy a new mini she will never do business with them again I placed complaint against them on mini.com. No one ever got back to me. They said if someone's gonna do something for you, it has to be the dealer. My wife brought her mini Cooper convertible there because her top had an issue. They said it was gonna cost her over $5000 to have it fixed. We brought it to a local foreign motors repair shop. They fixed it for 120 bucks. I would never recommend many of Warwick for anything. read more

The Service dept is great and My Salesperson Vinny was outstanding. The people on the ground doing the work are great at what they do. Sean in service has always gone above and beyond. I bought a Mini 2017 Clubman that was a certified car. I had it for close to three years and wanted to trade it for a newer Mini. My trade is valued at 14,500 and was offered 11,500 because that is what the leader would feel comfortable giving me?? I had every single service done at Mini of Warwick on a certified car that was in perfect shape. I asked if they could go higher and was told no with little to no explanation. I know in the grand scheme of things my money is nothing to this dealer, but I went to the ALFA Dealer next door and purchased a car and got the right trade value. I left Mini after two cars serviced there and thousands spent. You lost a good customer by having leaders that are behind the scenes. Oh, and if you are looking for a mini shop other Mini dealers. I've been going to this location to service my Mini the past couple of years. In general, they are way overpriced but my last visit was a disaster. Not only were repairs made without my consent, I was charged $250 for a windshield wiper replacement. When I pointed out the bill seemed to high I was told I was wrong. Thankfully I did some research and finally got a refund. I also got a loaner car with low tire pressure and windshield washer fluid. When I go to the dealership I'm always told how important my feedback is. I filled out a survey and asked for someone to follow up with me. Weeks later, nothing. I think they're only interested in positive feedback and have no desire to address the negative. I'm going to a local mechanic going forward. I don't recommend them for any car service. read more

I have been to this location several times to service my MINI Cooper S, and every visit has been wonderful. Jaymes has been my Service Advisor for each visit, and has been fantastic. He is always been super professional and straight forward. Jaymes always makes sure I understand everything completely, and always makes sure I am aware of what is going on with my vehicle. The loaner process is also super easy, which I love. Dropping off my car usually only takes a few minutes and I am out. I am also planning on upgrading to a new MINI through this Warwick dealer. I was nervous at first to bring my car in because dealerships are notorious for ripping people off and giving you the run around. NOT the case here. I was attended and taken care of by Sonny Palumbo. Sonny listened to my needs, was reassuring that everything would be taken care of, and he followed up in a timely manner. I really enjoyed the fact that he acted as a case manager and was the only contact I worked with while my mechanical issues were being resolved. I appreciated this because I am far from a car expert and do not understand the technical lingo. The sales guy, Junior, was great. He was not pushy and just went with the flow answering questions and making sure we test drove what we needed. The Mini itself is fantastic. I will say that they are kind of limited in stock, but it was still a good selection of new and used. The sales process was fairly smooth. The only issue I have is their resistance on moving off price. If they are not careful, they will lose customers to Metro he tend to be a bit more motivated. Do not go here for repair service. If they had a negative star I would have chosen that one! My mini was in for a minor thing and I asked them to check it out and see if it needed anything else (it was making a little rattling noise). They came back to me stating it needed several thousands of dollars in repairs. They printed out a very long list! They finally narrowed it down to several major things (still $3500). I picked up the car and brought it to my local, trusted mechanic who test drove it and said it was running perfectly. Im 19 and I have all intentiond of buying the brand new cooper s optioned out to about $37,000 and so I wanted to test drive the cooper s they had on the lot, so everything is fine and dandy and then he walks away to make a copy of my I.d. and all of a sudden im not allowed to test drive it because im 19, what total bullshit! I can pay in CASH and yet im not even allowed to test drive the damn car! Its absolutely asinine so I told them I was going to the mini of boston because I know ill be treated better there. First of all do not let this review sour your opinion of MINI, I bought one from MINI of Peabody and I love it. This is a review of the dealer, especially the sales manager Brian Peruggi, his unprofessionalism, overall attitude slimy business tactics and lack of common courtesy made me walk out of the dealership. I was prepared to buy 2 mini coopers, one custom order cooper hardtop and one clubman for my mother. We test drove the cars and found we really liked them. while at the dealership. Our salesperson Donna was perfectly nice during the presentation(not during the negotiation) and really convinced us that these are great cars. When we returned to buy the cars on the second day there was a completely different tone. When I made my very reasonable offer on the car I was immediately rejected. I should note that my offer was an average of what edmunds, true car and blue book call a fair purchase price for my exact desired configuration. Their counter offer: a mere $500 off msrp. And on my mother's trade in they offered her 15,000 for a car that she eventually traded in for 22,000 at Mini of Peabody(and mini of warwick offered her nothing off msrp for the new car) When I held my position that these sites could not all possibly be wrong, Donna called over her sales manager Brian Peruggi, who did not even bother to say hello. He said that 500 off a mini was the "deal of the century", and that with my mother's trade in they would loose money. When I showed him the data from the sites, he claimed that 900 dollars was something no mini owner got of a car. He then mentioned that the products made by the technology company I work for "have a price and I don't get to talk them down. even though they are made buy tortured sweatshop child workers for five cents a phone".(he actually said this) He insulted my employer and what I do, and as a fellow salesperson that was the last straw. He spent five minutes complaining about my offer calling it stupid, uninformed, crazy and insulting while acting like a kid throwing a temper tantrum. He then cursed under his breath as he walked away(yeah I heard you Brian) Donna claimed that $500 was the most she ever saw someone get off a car and told us to take the deal (we didn't) and when we left she said "this deal hurts me too, I don't see a dime if you don't buy anything. I feel like I wasted 3 hours of my time". Well thats too bad Donna because of your sales manager's actions I wouldn't buy a car even if you gave it to me for invoice because of his behavior. I ended up making a deal the very next day for 1500 off a mini cooper that was special ordered from the factory. My mother bought a clubman for 800 off msrp, and got 22,000 for her old car. All this with much better service from Mini of Peabody(buy from them) As long as Brian Peruggi works for mini of warwick stay away, he will insult you and throw a temper tantrum when you ask for anything other than msrp. If I ever treated a customer like he treated me I would be fired from my job. I'm surprised someone so juvenile even made it to sales manager. read more

Unethical sales tactics at play when shopping here. Be very careful when dealing with Mini of Warwick. We arrived at this location and test drove cars, fully intending to make a purchase. The salesman, Dan, got a quote from the sales manager with a monthly payment with the terms we asked for. The monthly payment sounded low for what the final price was so I asked him to double check. He assured me that everything was fine subject to the actual financing based on credit. Well, it turns out they drastically "misquoted" us on the monthly payment by over $100 a month. Clearly they are communicating a low rate to bait customers into the deal. I understand that the payment is dictated by the total cost and financing terms, but they had no explanation for how their monthly payment, which was written down, was so far off. I am left with no conclusion besides either a) these guys are seriously incompetant or b) they are downright deceitful. At this point we didn't want to do business with these hacks. Hours of time wasted. Seriously, don't buy a car here, Sincerely, Nearly a Mini owner. read more

AMAZING. Were on the first night of a road trip through New England and had an engine light go on. We showed up at Mini Warwick at 7:45am not sure what we were in for. Given the circumstances, there was much at stake. We were immediately taken in. We sat in a comfortable, clean waiting area awaiting our fate. Unbelievably the service associate came over and told us that the fuel sensor needed to be replaces, they had the part, replaced the part, our car was being washed and vacuumed and would be in front in a few minutes. AND it was under warrantee. Vacation disaster averted! They were the height of courtesy, professional, capable and good people for understanding our circumstances and taking really good care of us. If I could Mini of Warwick negative stars I would. No, I am not bitter, I'm upset and lost. My cars engine blew ($5,700) worth of repairs. I owe $6,000 on the car. I've made on time payments for 3 years now and there's nothing that they can do to help me. Now my credits ruined because my car needs to be repossessed and I'm careless. It's called customer service not let's fuck over anyone who doesn't have money. I work hard and try so hard to be financially responsible but this has unfortunately set me way back. i went to this place to check the offers and they sold me a dream, the girl builded a car in one price and next day the car was 2000 dollars more, i made the decision to buy the car i made a deposit of 2000, and i signed all the paper work to order my car, i sold my old car and was just waiting for my new car and two weeks later they call me to tell me that i need a cosigner. so now i have no car, I'm waiting for them to give me my money back and they just don't care. worst experience ever read more

I can't believe all the 5 stars. I'm sure most if not all the posts on here all still have there warranties. My Warranty was up and I had problems with my 2010 MCS, which included a carbon build up problem and then a turbo problem and then a month later an evap code afterwards. Mini of Warwick charges $140 just to put the computer on to diagnose and the $140 doesn't even go towards the repair, I had lots of questions and you would think after spending $4800 in repairs in 2 months time, they even charged me cents on a dollar for a washer and a bolt, they would have answers for you, but no they didn't. I then left in discuss and owning this car put a bad taste in my mouth now until someone told me about Elite on Post Road in Warwick, I went there and they had a total different attitude than at Mini and treated me with great service and they fixed my car for half the price. Mini of Warwick is just to outrageous with there prices and don't even help when in need, I will never return for any kind of service.
