Scam! I brought my car in to get diagnosed and $800 later the original problem was not fixed. They wanted to charge me again to diagnose a second time. The engine continues to make noise which indicates what they fix did not solve the problem. Instead of amending the problem, like most other accountable shops, they wanted to charge me more money? They clearly failed to diagnose the problem in the first place, and similar to other bad reviews, they seem to chomp people for 800 regardless and own no responsibilities of actually fixing the original problem. I suspect they created other issues with their coolant fix which blew out my head gasket which is now thousands of dollars to fix. I took my car to a different shop, and when they saw what was allegedly fixed, it was a two year old part which is different from what they claim it to be. I went back, asking for diagnostic reports and they said that they don't do that which is crazy as all mechanic shops print out reports to show the before and after work so stay away if you have a problem that needs to get fixed. Absolutely horrendous attitude, incompetence and plain unethical. I hope you learn from me and not get scammed by them! They will not give you another minute to look at things after you paid them. read more

My son took his car here yesterday for a smog and oil change. They didn't do a good job! They didn't refill levels and almost ruined his radiator because they put fluid down and in reservoirs and no radiator fluid. The guy took NO responsibility for his incompetence. So I took my perfectly fine running car for an oil change on Wednesday before thanksgiving.I when I take it back and drive for 30 mins suddenly I see engine over heat sign. The car starts to sputter and lose transmission but luckily was close to home to somehow made it. I called them today to talk about it and he is like your engine coolant is leaking. I was like it wasn't leaking before I brought in and if u noticed it, why didn't you call. He is like there was no time to call. Hmmm?? No time to call? Time to take money but not to call? They fix things super fast but for super high prices. They never found my actual problem once, but I still paid like some $800 for the "fix". Later on said it was something else but I think they really tried their best. I think in these situations they need to fix whatever wasn't fixed the first time around and not give me another quote for like $700 or whatever and ask if I want to do it. Of course I want my initial problem solved but not after having pocketed my initial amount and still not having it solve. So, I went elsewhere and from there I never came back. If you're super desperate and need someting fixed asap, it's your place if money is not a factor in your service. They do their best in my opinion and I salute them but pricing is horrendous. read more
