I remember when this shop first opened as a promising place unlike the palaces everywhere else. I thought it would be best for service and parts with fair prices. But the problem lies with corporate headquarters, they are very particular who they grant a new dealership to and dictate ridiculous policies centered around selling expensive product. Everywhere you go, HD shops are bloated Taj Mahals like the most jaded car dealerships. Other reviewers complain about staff turnover which doesn't surprise me. Corporate wants only sharks who can generate the most profit, not good knowledgeable employees who love bikes. But they are paying the price now with the Baby Boomers tapped out and no vision to attract future riders. Young people do not want $30+K air-cooled relics and HD keeps pushing the same tired agenda. There is too much competition from other progressive companies who know their customer bases better. My guess is this will be one of the first dealerships to close during the Big Downfall towards bankruptcy. read more

Arrived Wednesday July 31, and found the place closed with a sign stating under renovation. NO one inside, the place totally locked up. The parts, service and clothes are NO MORE. WTF is going on. I guess Titusville is no longer important to Space Coast Harley. read more

I recently went to Daytona Bike Week in FL w/ my father who is a longtime Harley-Davidson motorcycle enthusiast. Although my three brothers all are motorcycle enthusiasts I never was one although I did ride Honda Activa Scooters abroad in India. After going to Daytona Bike Week w/ my father we paid a visit to Miracle City Harley-Davidson in Titusville on US1. It is here that my father bought his most recent Harley...a trike which is a three wheeled Harley-Davidson. I met the assistant manager Steven. I met Jacquelynn who was the saleswoman who sold the trike to my father. My father has been riding Harleys for 60 years from Sportsters, FLH Hogs, V-Rods, & a Soft tail Break Out yet never rode a trike until now. He loves his trike. The service here is top notch as Jacquelynn & Steven don't pressure customers to buy as they rather give quality service w/ smiles. It is in part to the quality customer service of Jacquelynn & Steven that my father bought his trike. The owner Rodine of Miracle City Harley & Space Coast Harley is lucky to have team members like Steven & Jacuelynn at his store that help alternative commuters like my father enjoy life on the open road! read more

Customer service at this location is horrendous! No one greats you. You make an appointment with sales representatives and they aren't even there when you show up. All I was waiting on was to sign paperwork and ride home. Bike wasn't ready or washed. They could not find the keys. I walked out. They called me 30 minutes later. Not to say sorry or how can we make it right, but to ask for my license. As I explained to the manager the issue. He just hung up the phone on me. I will never own a Harley from this experience. I bought my last bike there last year 2021. The experience was different. I paid cash and the finance department was less than helpful. It should have been seamless. The sales guy was great, and he didn't last long there. I'm not sure I would buy again there. They said they would put new tires on it as they were unsafe. One of them was a cheap Chinese tire that came apart on me. The horn did not work and they never fixed it. I bought one myself. They can't keep a good employee there. I went in today and bought a rain suit from Terry. She was a great apparel sales person. No pressure. Refreshing for sure. It was my first purchase there for apparel. Hopefully they don't run her off. That was a change from the motorcycle sales that follow you around like a puppy trying to make friends with you. What a turnoff. It's the least favorite place as far as HD dealers go. They need to treat the employees better so they all don't leave in a few weeks or months. Every time I go there there are all now employees. What the heck is wrong with this place? They need to break free from Space Coast and run a good business. They are clueless on how to treat employees and customers. It can only go up from here. Very Disappointing, buyer beware!! I regret buying a motorcycle from this location; I was sold a motorcycle with less than 15K miles with bent handlebars, and busted gear components! Major safety issue!! Within a week, I had to bring the bike back for major repairs, so now I am waiting another two weeks for the parts!! Seriously!! The sales folks were fine, they were helpful however I now know I was not provided a full and truthful assessment on the overall condition of this bike. This dealership and its sister location in Palm Bay are prime examples of doing the bare minimum for their customers, only caring about the bottom line and not the overall relationship with the customer. If I could tape 1000 lemons to the motorcycle and push it into the dealership right now, I would do it!! read more

based on my initial impression of this dealership, I would've given them at least four stars. However, we bought a Harley from this dealership we were charged an exorbitant documentation fee. for the documentation to be completed they still did not get our paperwork right nor did they submit it in a timely manner we were told our paperwork was being submitted over a month ago and it wasn't submitted to well over 30+ days later we were also charged inspection fee an when we checked the tire pressure they were both at about half of the factory recommended pressure. I've been to this dealer a few times to check Out the merchandise and see what's new. Every time I have gone in to shop there's always new girls in that department. As a rider and having Respect for my brothers and sisters I do have to say, the respect that the manager Kim gives to her employees is awful. As an employer myself, I would never speak to my employees in front of customers as I heard her do. I can see why there is always a change in staff there. I don't see how anyone can put up with that sort of management. I felt embarrassed for the employee she was speaking to. This girl was fairly new and seemed to be training and this manager was very rude. If I was that new girl, I would have told her where to go and how to get there. You don't speak to employees in this manner especially in front of paying customer. Do better Harley. You have a name and a brand to stand up to. Your employees should do the same and treat each other with respect As well. read more

This Harley Davidson is absolutely horrible! We had purchased a new 2021 sportster from them and when we did they were offering a buy back program where within a year you could bring your sportster back and trade it in for a bigger bike. This is was not only at this location. We we have the bike a few months get the first service at 1k miles and it was horrible. We were supposed to get our bike back same day at most next day it took over a week with us calling everyday trying to figure out where the bike was because they wouldn't call to update or their employees would quit and no one took care of work the other person left. About the second week after the service we finally got our bike back. Fast forward to buying a new bike. Since we had such a terrible time dealing with them we decided to go to another Harley Davidson and do the buy back program. I specifically asked both the new Harley and miracle city Harley if I would be getting my money back for the prepaid service plan I was told yes by both. Now it's been about a month and a half and they are trying to keep the money and won't call you back when you read the contract and it states that money is refundable. They are trying to breach the contract and keep the money for the remaining services they didn't provide. I honestly wouldn't recommend this Harley to my worst enemy. Not to mention my brother in law also bought a bike from them and has had a horrible time getting service or having to deal with them. I would give zero stars to this place! read more

We have been to this dealership several times since they opened in March. They have put on many nice events since opening to promote the business. Over Memorial day weekend they hosted 3 days of live bands, how much better than that can you get? I have had great experiences in the parts and apparel departments. read more

I will definitely be doing more business with this dealership. It seems good customer service is hard to come by anymore in a lot of businesses, but my experience in purchasing a new Road Glide was excellent. Also, The service department did an outstanding job on installing my new bars, intake and stage II cam. The service manager went out of his way to get a missing part for the installation of my handlebars by sending a rep to another dealership an hour away. The service writer, Curtis, coordinated to get my bike back to me early Saturday morning, before opening hours, so I was able to attend the annual, Brevard Law ride. Rode in around 11:00 am there to simply gawk at the 2019 Street Glide Specials they were advertising online. Within seconds of me getting off my bike I was greeted by salesman Tim Oates. He asked me a few simple questions and before you know it we were out riding towards Cape Canaveral National Seashore. It was at this moment I convinced myself I was leaving with a new 2019 FLHX-S motorcycle. All I needed to do was to trade-in my 2013 FLHX, pick out a color and ride a new one home. We agreed on a deal within a reasonable timeframe. My next goal is to put 12k miles under a year; go to as many biker events...skip work ...there's no need to save low miles for the next guy to enjoy. Safe riding y'all. read more

came into the dealership with a few friends we were just LOOKING at some bikes. met one of the sales guys named bull. he was supper cool, you could tell this guy really liked his job. he knew about every bike was more then happy to tell us about all the bikes. after walking around sitting on a few he asked us if we ever wanted to do a test ride we could. so the next day we came back test road two different bikes, and my other two friends followed behind us.
