I usually have to stand, along with 2-3 other customers while their sole counter person is on the phone discussing the virtues of a water pump warranty. All the while some guy sits there at the wholesale desk in plain view of all the waiting retail customers, and refuses to help let alone make eye contact for fear he will need to offer some customer service. They have staff in back running around attending to wholesale delivery service, which is fine, but if you are going to have a retail store, than have the expected friggin retail service.
