As much as I've enjoyed their pastas I have noticed a some decline and probable changes. I've been a couple of times recently in the last couple of months and every time the sauces seemed a bit watered down and less flavorful. I also remembered their pastas coming with garlic bread but I had to order garlic bread the last time. Anyways, the actual cook of the pasta has been consistently good so I can't complain there. They aren't the quickest to get your food out but for the overall quality I am pretty much always willing to wait for well prepared food. As for ambiance, I mean it's a food truck so not much to say there.

Row's Roll, which I've had bookmarked for some time was on the list so, I decided to check it out. NARRATIVE: On January 23, 2026, I headed to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in San Joaquin to check out Row's Roll food truck for lunch. Arriving, I located Row's Roll truck parked amongst four other trucks in at the North end of base. After looking at the menu and not being to decide on just one item, I ordered; Chicken Adobo, Pancit and Lumpia to take home. With the order placed, I waited about ten minutes when I got the "your foods ready" from Row. Once at home, I took a few pictures of the food items before I dug in and here's what I have to say about the various items. Pancit - Nice and hot glass noodles sprinkled with diced green onions, Carrots and cabbage. Very good. Chicken Adobo - Three good size pieces of lightly breaded chicken and an over easy egg sitting on top of some very tasty and seasoned rice with two pieces of Lumpia as ad added bonus and nice addition. Again, very good. Lumpia - I believe seven pieces of pork filled Lumpia which was served al a carte with a sweet sauce. The Lumpia was crispy, hot and had that perfect crunch. Very good again. SCENE: Normally, Row's Roll is located at the Lathrop Food Truck Plaza. But for thee next few weeks, she and her truck will be doing lunch (0800-1400) at the DLA San Joaquin - Tracy, which is a Department of War installation requiring credited credentials for access. RECOMMENDATION(S): If you have access to visit Row's Roll at DLA for the next few weeks, take advantage. If not, she and her truck will be back in Lathrop soon. Salsa was on the side. The crisp and color on the tortillas was perfect. I was excited to dig in. Each bite has a lot of cheese and juicy birria. This place was a great recommendation! These are VERY MINI! The flavors it was supposed to come with were chocolate, caramel, strawberry, vanilla, and sweet condensed milk. Seems like they gave us 2 strawberry filled, unless one was strawberry and the other was cherry? Not exactly sure. Regardless, the churros came out piping hot, were extremely crispy and the fillings were not overly sweet which I appreciated. My favorite was the vanilla, as it resembled almost a custard, followed by the sweet condensed milk. It's a bit on the pricier side, but since they make them to order I'd say it's worth it.
