I happened to be in the area and they were parked at the Read Sea Market in Southeast Stockton. They are a food truck that specializes in a variety of foods such as sushi, Hawaiian food, Korean, garlic noodles/fried rice, milk teas and other drinks. I ordered the Korean BBQ Beef Hawaiian Plate which came with Korean bbq beef, rice, macaroni salad and cabbage salad. I would say that the portion size was nice but wish there was a little more of the beef as that was the smallest portion in the whole plate. The beef was tender, seasoned to perfection and had a nice flavor. The rice was your standard sticky rice. The cabbage salad was very good and fresh, loved the dressing on top. The macaroni salad was interesting it had a bit of a sweetness that kept throwing me off but the noodles were cooked perfect and it had a nice amount of mayo, I just wish it was more savory than sweet. Overall, the food was good and I will be back to try some more items on their menu especially their popular garlic noodles.

I guess that's why my friend tells me that sometimes he'll buy two pizzas for himself. They have plenty of seating inside as well as outside, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. They offer beer, wine, and soft drinks if you're not looking for alcohol. There is not enough positive things I can say though about this pizza and you have to try it for yourself. There were several trucks including 3 taco trucks, Kosmos, Rolling Lumpia, Nikki's Create-a-bowl and 2 trucks that offered desserts. I can see this becoming a very happening spot as the weather warms up and I would love to see a little more variety the next time I go.
