While the locker room area is slightly cramped, they have sufficient room to get ready and hair & skin products available for use after showering. The sauna was an added bonus! I had a 60-minute Swedish massage with an aromatherapy add-on and Muireall was my massage therapist. Muireall was wonderful and checked in frequently during the massage and catered the massage to my preferences. Not only did I not experience any pain relief, I had increased pain for the next 5 to 7 days. I would say your overall experience will depend on your massage therapist. 2 other issues to be aware of One is the difficulty in parking. You will need to allow extra time to potentially drive in circles trying to find a spot and then may have to walk multiple blocks to get to the address. The other is that most of the massage rooms are upstairs This could be an issue for those with pain.

My favorite is the Tranquil Massage (the foot bath and dry brushing are great additions to a typical massage). Every masseuse I've had has been excellent.
