Turnaround for booking was a day, but there was apparent miscommunication. I originally asked for a move in deep cleaning. The cleaners that arrived were told management only told them to plan 2 hours for a 'general' cleaning and told me at the time of the appointment that 2 hours wouldn't be enough to fully clean a 2bd/2bath 1100 sq ft condo. I wish this was communicated beforehand. So what did they get done in 2 hours? They took 40 minutes to clean a patio door and base of the doors. They were able to clean the entire the kitchen in the next hour. I liked that they cleaned the oven vent filters. Then spent the last 15 minutes cleaning window sills, which I ended up asking to be redone because they were in fact not cleaned when they verbally told me they had when I checked in with them. It probably would've been an additional 2 hours to get the rest of the home, which included 2 full bathrooms, and 3 closets. Ended up having to pick priorities at the time of the appointment, which again, was unexpected. Other notes: The cleaners had masks, but did not keep them on the entire duration (pulled down on chin everytime I walked in, not covering nose).
