His work ethic and the results were so good we just kept adding things! After the solid clean of all surfaces, we had him clean the upholstered couches and chairs, all the windows inside and out (including the screens), he did all the cabinetry in the house, then he pressure washed all the outdoor areas (concrete and decking) and got on the roof and cleaned the skylights. Nick is detail oriented and fastidious, two great qualities for a cleaner. I find it frustrating when a business invites customers to call but then doesn't answer or return messages. Communication is one of the most basic aspects of customer service and unfortunately my experience ended before I could even book the service. During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful.
