I had a couple of questions and the rep (Allison) was great. She even suggested putting some extra information in the notes about where to do the pick-up and drop-off (something that was completely messed up by the other company). On the day of the pickup, the driver texted me to let me know exactly when he would be there (the other company messed that up too). We talked about the best place to do the pickup and he went to the place that I suggested (the other company insisted on an illegal and dangerous location even though I told them there was a safer and legal spot just around the corner). I asked the Patriot driver to give me his best estimate on the drop off date because I needed to book a flight. He told me he would text me after picking up the other the cars. And he did!!!
