This is what 10000/10 customer service feels like! The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and great energy. Isaac is the person to think for that. He was very patient and kind while deciding my order. He even let me sample taste some of their sides, which I didn't know was even possible. They reviewed my order and assured that I was leaving with everything I wanted/ordered. The entire interaction is what will have me come back again and again. The best Mission barbecue!

Brisket sandwich with a few pieces missing. Could not help myself tasted so good

Walk into Mission BBQ and your senses are pleasantly greeted with the inviting scent of the fresh food smoked daily. You will see a clean well kept restaurant and have a friendly greeting by the staff diligently working to provide amazing food quickly and efficiently. I ordered the best moist brisket that I have ever had the pleasure of eating topped with Tupelo honey sauce. Great taste and a perfect amount of heat. I ordered sides of baked beans and Cole slaw. That you could taste were fresh and floverfull. I know this is a franchise type of restaurant I would imagine the systems they use would be consistent at every location. The picture of my brisket sandwich is after I started eating. There was a generous portion that I had to start eating prior taking the picture

Mission BBQ opened its latest restaurant in Hunt Valley just before Christmas. We decided to give it a try. We were impressed with the exterior signage promoting "The American Way." We were warmly greeted at the door. The staff are always so welcoming. My husband had a coupon for a free sandwich and he ordered the moist Brisket. I decided to try the Chopped Brisket marinated in the Memphis Belle sauce. Both of our sandwiches were freshly prepared and delicious. They also were offering samples. We were delighted to have the chance to try the traditional Pulled Pork and the Turkey. The restaurant is decorated to honor members of the military and first responders. If you are lucky to be there at noon, you will have the privilege of standing for the National Anthem with the entire staff and patrons.

I was eager to peruse to see what tasty treat I could grab. Parking was plentiful, but busy. I suggest you go as early as possible to secure a hassle free experience parking and market wise. Upon entering, the convergence of scents hit at once: desserts, bbq, popcorn. I wasn't mad at all. Our first stop was the bbq kiosk where we purchased a rack of ribs and wings. They have a variety of mini markets and food vendors in the building: bbq, seafood, spices, bakery, pickles items, clothing, furniture, butcher, handmade crafts, fresh made pretzels, etc. They also had an area to sit and enjoy your food purchases. We also picked up a half of a coconut cake, a slice of strawberry cheesecake, some apple butter and blackberry jam, and as we exited we got the glazed almonds and cashews. This place seems big, but it is manageable to walk around and check out all of the vendors. Upon tasting, our ribs were good: perfectly seasoned and fresh; the wings were rotisserie roasted and were good as well; the cake was just ok for us fresh with coconut flakes held on by white buttercream; the strawberry cheesecake was just ok; the glazed nuts were good as well. All in all, a nice market to visit for fresh, homemade food and unique crafts/gifts.

We came for breakfast, but couldn't resist the Corned Beef Reuben's, so we both ordered a sandwich and a side of breakfast food. I had a blueberry pancake & my daughter had a side of French toast. Also, their Lemonade/Half&Half/Flavorade drink was exceptional, primarily because Mark brewed his own sugar syrup. She's right. I can't speak to the other items on the menu because I'm smitten by the Pit Beef. I live just inside the beltway. We usually call in the order, get in the car and by the time we get there, the food is ready. You can eat at the picnic table out front, or in your car. Sometimes we wait until we get back home. You've probably blown by Church Road a thousand times. Go west, one block. Charcoal Deli is on the right. And there's a hispanic grocery store right there in case you need to pick up a few things. Here's a picture all dressed up for Summer with the awnings and umbrellas.

I got a pit turkey for lunch the next day! Same concept, very great tasting turkey, but a little too much roll. The Pit chicken my wife had gotten had a delicious taste to it. The fries come a plenty! A little salty, but fresh cut! The location was convenient right off the main drag near Cockeysville. Service was great! They messed up the order, but we're quick to fix everything and gave a little extra fries for the mishap! The location itself was unique. Baseball cards were plexy glassed into the counter. We went at night time, unsure if there was seating or not. We got ours to go. Quick little to go counter worked well.
