There are many payment options available. I learned from the amazing care and experience here to not delay treatment because you are afraid of what it will cost. While Dr. Bhatt came highly recommended, if I could go back in time, I would not use his services and do not recommend others do so either. The day I met Dr. Bhatt I loved his charisma, but more than that his confidence and knowledge made me feel this was the best place to have my single crown installed. The cleaning was amazing, and all staff in the office were always extremely courteous. Upon Dr. Bhatt's professional opinion, it was recommended that I have 5 crowns installed, instead of the single crown I came for, to ensure a proper "bite" for the long term. I agreed to the process, to have temp crowns installed that day. Dr. Bhatt shaved my natural teeth down, and he was very thorough to explain the process as he went. So appreciated! The 1st PROBLEM was that the temporary crowns were installed by someone else who works under Dr. Bhatt who clearly was not properly trained. Within 1 calendar week, 4 of 5 temp crowns broke off at random times as I ate, causing a return trip each time to have each one repaired. I work M-F and I don't live in Ontario. You can imagine how much of an inconvenience this was to leave work and head to the dentist, not to mention having the hygienist dare say, it was probably what I ate that was causing them to break off. 4 in one week? Really? Finally, the permanent crowns came in - they were properly installed - I hope. Now the 2nd issue is that the liners I received to ensure my teeth stay in alignment...do not fit together. I refuse to schedule a return visit - this would be the THIRD time just to have the liners properly made. The liners can only be worn either the top by themselves or the bottom. Not together. Ridiculous. TIME is money. My time is valuable. Great customer service and charisma does not make up for repeated inconveniences to the client. I also work in management of a business with many staff, so I appreciated Dr. Bhatt's apologies to make things right, since his staff ultimately report to, and are representatives of him. Still, I had to leave a review - with the good and the bad - hoping that it helps someone make an informed decision about using this business. 2 STARS because the customer service does deserve to be recognized, as well as Dr. Bhatt's knowledge and kindness to the clientele. read more

I used to really like this office and even recommended them to friends and family, but unfortunately my experience has gone downhill over time. I was driving over an hour for my Invisalign treatments because I trusted their work and wanted to finish my trays there. The problem was that multiple times when I showed up, they didn't have my trays ready--even though I had told them I was coming from far away. I was never notified ahead of time, so I'd make the long trip for nothing and be asked to come back again. On top of that, the waiting times used to be short, but more recently I found myself waiting 45 minutes to an hour past my appointment before being seen. I really respect Dr. Bhatt's work and had even considered getting veneers done here, but the lack of communication and organization made it really frustrating. At one point, the front desk said Dr. Bhatt would call me to follow up, but I never received a call. After several disappointing visits, I decided it was best to switch providers. It's unfortunate because I think the quality of the dental work itself is great, but the patient experience and office management have changed a lot. read more

I'm sharing our experience so other parents can make an informed decision. My underage daughter began orthodontic treatment here with an estimated treatment plan of 18 months. She is now in her 42nd month of treatment, and unfortunately, her teeth appear worse than when she started. Throughout the process, I felt there was a lack of clear direction, consistency, and measurable progress in her care. Dr. Jimmy Bhatt is not a board certified orthodontist, who did not start her treatment initially. He started her treatment halfway through and I was not properly notified thatDr. Jimmy Bhatt is a general dentist. I feel that this significantly impacted the outcome of her care. I also experienced unprofessional and inappropriate comments during visits, which made communication uncomfortable as a parent trying to advocate for my child. I also had serious concerns about clinical staffing. Based on my interactions and what I was told in the office, the assistants providing orthodontic care did not appear to be licensed specifically for orthodontic assisting, which raised concerns for me about training, supervision, and standards of care. Additionally, the office informed me that they no longer have my daughter's original records, which is very concerning, especially for long term treatment involving a minor. Every patient has the right to quality care, proper documentation, and clear communication. If you've had a similar experience, or any concerns at all regarding treatment with this office , it is within your rights to seek review through the STATE DENTAL BOARD so your concerns can be evaluated through the proper professional and regulatory channels. That process exists to protect patients and ensure standards of care are being met. I truly hope no other family goes through what we've experienced. read more

Kinda weird how the receptionist first said medical was accepted then when I got there to the office , as I waiting in the room they tried having me apply for the credit loan of 4k to get me started w braces which I wasn't in there for that in the first place , I was in there for my wisdom tooth pain anyways some chubby lady with ginger hair came into the room & made me fill out some application for the tooth extraction that my medical didn't cover it but it doesn't make sense to me bc she said they had sent out a referral and I got accepted so idk why they still wanna charge me $450 for an extraction that you said otp was covered by medical then when I call my medical insurance they said I shouldn't be paying out pocket and also I'm not sure if they did bone grafting on me which I wasn't even aware of but I'm writing this because my gum feels weird after the tooth extraction I haven't felt the same since then when I called the receptionist to let me know what kind of extraction they did on me she said she will call me back on my # so the specialist can let me know what he did on me but I feel it weird because it was never an issue letting me know otp unless there's something to hide ? My other dentist would lmk otp w no issues what I had done in their office just gives me weird vibes and I was told to go back to see if my gum is fine but I don't trust going back because they can lie and say everything is fine js to not deal w any problems but yeaaa I wouldn't trust this place yu can't just go trusting any dentist do your research at the end of the day you're the one putting your health at risk in the wrong hands !! This happened in the Ontario California clinic on mission blvd They said one price and later they changed l took my husband and applied for the credit card to pay they said it was going to be 2,436.00 dlls for a crown and a post went he went to get his dental they toll him that he needs to go see an specialist and it was going to be more that the price they said so we went to Tijuana and it was a lot cheaper but my they still charged to my credit card the amount it was stressing disputed the amount with the credit card l have to send proof the they dint it do the work so l can get the credit back that is why l don't recommend. read more

I just wanted to make am emergency appointment for a broken molar since this is where my insurance assigned me and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I work a 9-5 as an hourly and so I have to call while I'm at work... there goes my 10! I wasn't going to wait any longer. Thanks mission dental great help! I have been a patient at this dental office since August 2022, and my experience has been very disappointing. When I first started treatment, I was told that my braces would only be on for about 1.5 to 2 years. My case was extremely simple my teeth were only slightly crooked, with a small overbite. Nothing severe or complex. However, it is now November 2025, and I still have my braces on. Throughout this entire time, very little meaningful progress has been made. Instead of steadily improving my alignment, my teeth have been moved back and forth, creating gaps and reversing progress. It often felt like appointments were unproductive, and there was no clear plan toward actually completing my treatment. Just because the staff is friendly does not mean the work is efficient or effective. While the workers themselves are nice, the quality of care and progress has not matched the level of professionalism I expected. At this point, I should have had my braces off long ago. The lack of communication, lack of progress, and overall inefficiency have caused a lot of frustration and have made me lose confidence in this office. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience. read more

I came across mission dental care and after now having come twice, I can safely say they live up to the reviews I have read. I especially enjoyed my most recent visit with Abby. wonderful care, the quality of care was excellent. i get anxiety going to a dentist so haven't gone for 5 yrs. my insurance said dr bhatt was on my insurance, but going into office, staff checked, of course, and my insurance gave me the wrong info. the office was great they said we can exray your teeth for free, since I was there, tell you what you need done and decide if you want to do it with us. no pressure at all, no upsell at all. they gave me an out of pocket price, for what I needed done which is a discounted price and told me they have a 3rd party payment plan, if I needed it. SCAMMERS honestly..looked at reviews and thought I would have a good experience here but on top of endless pressuring you to "open several credit cards" if you can't afford the list of things they want you to do they lie about what's wrong with you. I was told by their dentist that my molars were " corroded" and I needed 2 crowns. Came to a second dentist to get a second opinion and they said "No cavities! No issues what so ever!". On top of that the dentist pushed on my top teeth with his finger and told me to chatter my teeth. He stated the pressure I felt between my top and bottom teeth was my teeth out of alignment and I needed Invisalign to fix that too. Funny thing is I heard the dentist say the same exact thing to the girl next to me while I waited for my paperwork..lastly they are horrible at calling back! Steven told me 3 times he would call me back and I was the one doing all the chasing and calling in order to get answers. The energy is off here I would have given 0 stars if I could! read more

Dr Bhatt & Dr Steven are hands down the best dentists i've ever been to! Had braces twice now, first time was traditional braces through high school, didnt like my smile or bite then. Tried to fix it with smile direct club, still didn't do the job. Currently using Invisalign here and it's an entirely different experience. Drs are right by my side with frequent communication and cleanings every 3 months to ensure plaque doesn't build up. Found this office while going to the bakery in the same shopping center . Called and got an appointment right away . Angel helped me from the beginning to the end. He works the front and also the back . He made my appointment and he was the one who took my x-rays and assisted the doctor. The doctor explained to me that I had one cavity and if I wanted to fix it, I went ahead and I fixed it also got a regular cleaning. Angel explained my copay and everything. They were really nice .
