Got a nail in my tire on my commute to work, and thank goodness my coworkers accompanied me here to make sure I was okay. I appreciate the staff being honest about being unable to fix the tire since it's in the side wall, and it's illegal to fix it because the tire would explode if I drove over a pothole or a train track. Took my truck in for an alignment and was taken care of the right way. Rob found other issues with my truck . I asked if he could retorque the lift kit after he Had some concerns on how my lift was Installed pointed out lots of mistakes and corners that had been cut. Bolts on wrong and even tac weld washers on lift . Did my alignment and gave me pointers on what I could do to save some money on small repairs I can do my self. Hello, good afternoon , this is my story. In August 2024, I finally managed to buy my d truck after much sacrifice. In 2025, I decided to visit a shop (Blackstore) to ask for a recommendation and make some adjustments to my truck. The repairs I did to my truck were: Lift my truck 2'' in the front. Days went by, and I had problems with the suspension. I returned to the shop to find a solution to the problem. And the shop recommended replacing the two front suspension arms to solve the problem. Since they are professionals, I told them that replacing the suspension arms would fix the squeaking problem. I would have to replace them with new ones. What are you recommending? I took it to be installed and they gave me my truck... supposedly it was ready... But the problem continued much more serious... I decided to take it to another shop to ask for a second opinion... and the impression was that the parts that the shop (Blackstone) had installed in my truck were poorly installed and defective. I called the shop (Blackstone) to ask them to fix that problem. That same day . 8/1/25 I asked for the price for some Electric Steps when I open my door steps out and I can comfortably get into my truck... They gave me a price of around $2050. They assured me that they were suitable for my truck, and I decided to order them and have them installed... I left them the truck and they call me that my truck was ready... the suspension was tuned and the Electric steps installed... I took my truck . A few minutes after my truck was moving, I heard new, very loud creaking sounds. It sounded like a The train when it is braking. I took some photos and videos and sent them to the shop. I had explained to them that the electric steps . hitting the Frame of my truck. And up to this point, I had already had two problems they had caused to my truck. Due to the poor work... the front suspension was hanging and the steps were sticking to the Frame I took my truck to the shop (BlackStone). I asked them to please find a solution to the problems they had caused with my truck. I told them to remove the steps from my truck since they were improperly installed and Since it was hitting the frame all the time. They took the truck to the shop, and when they called me that it was ready... I was in for a big (surprise.) They didn't remove the steps. They cut my Frame so that the steps wouldn't hit the Frame I got upset... and asked them to remove them and why they had cut my Frame they damaged them. I proposed without my consent... The shop (Blackstone) didn't want to do anything. They called the police and asked me to leave. And I did it .. And 8/12/25 . I returned to the Blackstone workshop I walked into the customer service office.(from desk)to ask if they had my parts from the factory, since they had taken them from my Truck ... Since the original parts that they had taken from the Truck had not been returned to me.. The person who helped me replied, "Take a seat, I'll go and get your parts." I stayed waiting, as she told me... To my SURPRISE ... they called the police and they arestarin me...for Trespassing Up to this point, I have several problems because of this workshop (Blackstone). *My truck's front suspension was damaged *Some poorly installed steps hit the frame of my truck * The Frame was damaged by the workshop * And the worst part is, I have a court date . I don't particularly appreciate leaving bad reviews, but our experience here was terrible and left a lasting impression. We will tell everyone we know to avoid this place. My girlfriend was looking for a place closer to our new residence for tires and minor auto repairs. The following is our experience on December 10th, 2024. 1. The quoted paperwork only includes parts. Please ask for the labor. We paid 700 dollars for parts and 700 dollars for labor. The tires cost 81 dollars each, and they charge 30 dollars in labor to mount each tire. I don't like going to Wheel Works, either, but the extra charges are not included. Bearings were 200 each, with 300 dollars in labor for each side. The total for the front bearings was 1000. Talk about a Christmas bonus. 2. The customer service lady did her best, but the mechanics must stop lying to her. My girlfriend was there at 11 am for tires. We talked on the phone, and she decided to get the tires. It would only take an hour and a half. At 2:15 pm, I received a text stating that they had identified the bearings as an issue and that it would be ready at 4 pm. We gave them extra time. I got there around 4:45 pm, and she was told it was another 40 minutes. She is very irritated since she lost a day waiting for her car, so she wants me to ask now at 5:50 pm. I was told another 20 minutes. I have been a manager for 20 years, and this is a case of OVERPROMISING and UNDERDELIVERING. We looked at the reviews and thought we would be fine here. They might be understaffed, but a "come pick up your car tomorrow" would have been better but they probably charge for that too. My girlfriend called me every 30 minutes stating they were ignoring her car but we were charged 4 hours of labor (150 an hour). 3. I have gained respect for customer service associates, who can only relay the information they are given from the supposed experts. Unfortunately, this horrid experience overshadowed her bubbly personality. Their prices are almost dealer prices. It is ridiculous. Take your car to the dealer instead. The conclusion to the nightmare: 9 hours without a car (11 am--6 pm); new tires (Advanta) and bearings for 1500 dollars. The pictures show the quote (parts only) and the invoice shows total damage caused by this bad experience. I added our invoice as well. They should be transparent with all these charges from the get go. My girlfriend would have told them to kick rocks if they said it will be 600 for labor. She refused the other parts due to sticker shock and she would of done the same with labor. read more

Fast and professional service! I called to inquire about a tire repair and they picked up fast and they advised me to come in. Got in and immediately pulled up to a bay station. They checked out my tire right away and found the puncture too close to the edge for repair and they advised me to get new tires all around which i do need since I've been holding off. I explained I only had a certain budget with the holidays around the corner and would need just one tire for now. Valentina was awesome and was able to hook me up with a used tire with lots of tread and mounted for an amazing deal. Prior coming here, I had an appointment with Americas Tire and they wouldn't even take my tire off to look at the puncture and tried to upsell me a whole set off the bat.. and they didn't even want to sell me one new tire lol. This is the quickest most efficient auto shop I have ever been too! I had a flat tire that ended me up with a bent rim. I had been to several other tire/auto shops that told me I would need to purchase a whole new rim and tire.
