This situation could have been resolved easily had the wings been properly separated or clearly labeled, which I believe is a reasonable and common expectation when ordering multiple flavors. The issue was not the mistake itself, but the lack of accountability and the decision to place blame on the customer rather than acknowledge a service oversight. Had the staff shown even minimal concern or ownership, this would not have escalated into such a negative experience. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, blamed, and unheard.
