I've reached out to the "business" and no answer, no call backs, and of course no email available. I'm not sure this place really qualifies as a "business" because that would entail actually interacting with your customers, and giving a damn. The self-wash seems to work, but I've never once seen any staff walking around, and the fact you can't contact them when you get overcharged is all the invitation I need to go elsewhere.

IMO the wash equipment is better and provides just the right amount of vehicle body/wash interface, fresh cotton terry towels for drying, covered area provided, great vacs. I watch and inspect my paint regularly and have not noticed any scratching. Goodbye handwashing!!!! Only complaint is 10a open on Sunday. 8am would be a nice to have. I don't usually give bad reviews however my wife says other should know. Spent over $220 to get a…read moredetail and still had to spend my own time scrubbing half of the vehicle. When I showed them what wasn't done they said we went through it already didn't even look or want to do anything about it. I don't even think they hand waxed the van and likely just ran it through the car wash and hand dried it. They definitely don't pay attention to the details which is not good when you're a detailed shop. Hopefully this was a one-off thing. Good luck if you choose them.
