Going to a mister car wash is a pretty straight and simple process, not calling for a whole lot of specific interactions with the staff especially when you are an unlimited member. This is my local Mister Car Wash. The staff here are really friendly and they always wave. I'm on a subscription service so I can go anytime I want and get a touchless car wash. I'm not sure how clean it actually gets my car. There's free vacuums and there's no option for hand dry car. There's a full-service Mister Car Wash on Tanque Verde. Recently when you go to get a car wash, there is an option to buy a dollar towel so you could dry the car yourself under a covered canopy. During Monsoon season it's nice to get my car washed however, maybe because of the humidity or the heat it just dries instantly with spots all over. I basically get my car washed every few days because the monsoons make it dirty with rain spots and it just mitigates the car from being too dusty. I like using the vacuums. This location used to have a towel wipe down after washing and the end result kept the car looking great for days. As far as I know there are no additional upgrades promoted here. Just finished visiting the Mister Car Wash on Oracle Road in Tucson . They managed to tear rear view mirror loose. Noticed it hanging by a wire as I pulled out . They failed to mention it to me although obviously must have noticed when they knocked it Loose presumably well cleaning the windshield . When I went back the only suggestion they had to offer me was that I should buy some glue and stick it back on . Also, I've never had the floor mats or carpet vacuumed adequately there. I signed up for their $20/month unlimited, basic car wash. The sprays have decent pressure and did a good job on my Pilot. I do like the huge roller thingy at the end that dries the top of the car. The vacuums at this location are in complete shade so that will be nice in the summer months. Their other locations around town are conveniently located for me too so we'll see how the membership works out. It can be cancelled anytime 7 days before the next billing cycle. read more

Did an ok job, signed up for a membership. Informed them that it was indeed my first time there. In and out within 10 mins. I just wished they spent a little more time with the car because they did miss a lot of spots of dust and dirt. And when I went in the car my floor mats were upside down. This location now enters the realm of subpar Mister Carwashes. I am EXTREMELY unhappy. They do not offer a vacuum yourself section. They do not offer air nozzles to get the excess water off your car. They do not offer towels to dry your car yourself. NO BELLS OR WHISTLES! They ONLY perk was hand dried at the end. Instead they now offer "spot-free" car wash. Let's be honest, water left on your car collects dust and thus spots. You must dry the car off ASAP to avoid this. Mister Carwash claiming your car will be sparkling with no effort is a scam. It's an effort to cut costs and line their pockets. It's a scam to pay less employees to make happier and loyal customers. What a scam. ********* I really like this Mr. Carwash and having been to many of them that are subpar that's saying a lot. This is a newer location, nice facilities and squeaky clean. Easy to navigate, and helpful employees showing you every step of the way. I always drive in myself, and they have a nice spot for your car to be dried before you drive off. The two gentlemen who dried my car were very fast, thorough, and didn't miss a spot. Generally I bring an extra cloth to dry my car because they often miss a big spot or they're simply too short to reach my entire windshield. I returned to Mr CarWash at Broadway & Swan,Tucson AZ 4/13/23 and had a very pleasant discussion with Ricky and Evelyn. In January 2023 I cancelled my $29.month membership after a detailing service explained the disadvantages of my frequent automatic carwashes. I certainly do not want to make the finish on my black Lexus to be dull from the car washing machines. So I quit. Regardless, hand washing a vehicle at home is not easy. Finding commercial handwashing is also problematic. The staff at Mr Carwash was knowledgeable and very pleasant as they provided a lot of information. I decided to try the Titanium carwash which came out well. I will return there if I resume a membership (or will return for periodic visits) read more

After driving my car with two dogs and a cat from Baltimore to Tucson for a move.....there was a lil bit of hair in my car! lol. The staff were very friendly and did not push the upsetting too much....but still offered me "options". They did a great job on my car, and hand dried all the nooks and crannies like I would have. The guy doing the vacuuming said the vacuum lacked suction and that's why he did a poor job. The only thing that sucked was his work ethic and attitude. He was flat out lazy and didnt care. I just cancelled an unlimited subscription to Mister. My car was damaged at Oracle location as the wash line shut down and I was hit from behind by a truck. This damage was acknowledged and my car was repaired. I noticed front bumper damage but couldn't prove that. I took my car to be repaired both the rear, which was taken care of by Mister and the front which I paid for. Three weeks after I got my car repaired I took it to Mister on Tanque Verde. The front bumper was gauged in two places. The manager, who was helpful, acknowledged that the timing was off on tire shine and it was cause of damage. I just received my car back after being repaired and cancelled my unlimited membership. I would not suggest Mister Car Wash to anyone. read more

I have a RAV4 with a car top carrier. For 6 months I had a monthly wash pass. No problems. Now they won't take my car. Apparently someone had a problem, and they fear us all. Mister Car wash at 4600 E Broadway Blvd Tucson-- is not up to par. I am a unlimited club member enrolling over a year ago at the country club/speedway location. The speedway store always has a couple of employees at the end of the wash to dry any leftover wet drops and who inevitably receive a tip for this. However In a hurry, I stopped by the Broadway location and although the equipment was comparable the service was not. As I got to the end of the drive through I expected the same service with the quick dry off. No one approached so I pulled over and asked if they were going to dry off the excess-- I was told no adding that they had installed "new no spot" technology. The rear of my truck was still running water-- the side windows spotted with no spot water. They only do exterior washes, and expect customers to vacuum and clean their interiors themselves. This used to be a great place to get your vehicle washed and cleaned. For $12, you'd get a good wash and a decent inside cleaning. Now it's $15 for the same service but the last two times, the inside wasn't well cleaned and I left with water spots all over the paint. My husband brings his truck here regularly. I decided to treat my Jeep Commander to a Ted Carpet Special with a hand wax added. The jeep looks great and they are all very nice. The chrome strip on he passenger side of my vehicle caught on the car wash strips and was damaged. They are replacing the damaged piece and refunded the full amount of my service. This Mister Car Wash for me was awesome primarily because of the FREE vacuums offed and let me tell you they really suck lol (they're not weak, more suction then I expected). They have 2 types of vacuums to use the standard wide mouth & a small thin longer one that fit excellent into the side of the seats sucking up all the crumbs that always accumulate in that area.
