Upon walking up to their food truck, there was a family who brought their own chairs to camp out and enjoy their tacos fresh. I also noticed how they have a good selection of salsas, onion, cilantro, and accompaniments for the tacos for self serve. I really like the straight forward pricing. Tacos are only $2! You pick the protein. The cashier was friendly and efficient. My boyfriend had the Cabaza and Suadero Tacos and I went with an Al Pastor Taco. We got this additional foil pouch of tasty grilled onions, which were a nice surprise. Yum! They were pretty good for $2s. Not saying they're the best but they were convenient and good value. I would consider coming back if they were nearby and I need a quick snack. I'll have to try more of their proteins next time.

The cashiers here are friendly and lately they've been giving grilled onions with the tacos although I didn't get any tonight. They have three types of salsas, pickled onions, cucumbers/radishes, and limes that you help yourself to. This taco truck is on a street that's not too busy. There are short stools on the side for those who want to eat there. The area around the truck is clean. There's also a parking lot right next to it that you can park at. It's one of my favorite taco spots and I try to satisfy my craving whenever I'm in the area. Will definitely be back again soon!

Hard to find a place doing it this good. This is my 8th LA smash burger and it's definitely a top three contender! The ratios were on point. The lemon pepper fries were killer. The bulgogi fries were strangely good for no one appearing to be Korean who worked there. Big fresh jalapeños on top with the perfect amount of sauce. GREAT home made pickles on the burger to offset the rich patty and cheese. The service was TOP tier. Took a little longer than most, but tasted better than most! So pick your poison! Great outdoor seating in a bar next door with its own brewery. They have a deal going so you can use that place. Sat in a cool outdoor patio area with fake grass and a nice fence. Nice shade. Cool Glendale vibes.

Customizations were no problem at all, and the turnaround time from ordering to pickup was exactly as promised. Their vegan options are full of flavor and definitely not an afterthought. Parking on the street can be a little tough, but it's absolutely worth it. Whether you eat there at one of the tables or take it to go, this is definitely a spot worth stopping at.

On top of that, they have both vegan and vegetarian options. Since it was affordable and I wanted to try all the vegan and vegetarian ones, I went ahead and ordered all three. I'm glad I did, because the tacos are small, so you really do need to order more than one to get full. When I placed my order, the cashier gave me a magnet. It made me laugh because they kept calling my name only to tell me it wasn't ready yet. The third time they called my name, it was finally ready. It seems that they were trying to get everything just right because when I finally did get my order, it was colorful and beautifully presented. It tasted great as well. When I went, the food truck was parked in front of Sooki Studio & Supply which had nice seating areas where people could eat. I got curious as to what "cazuela" means and apparently, it's a type of stew. The food was good and cheap and the employees were pleasant, so I would highly recommend this food truck if you come across it.

I was there the other day and I stayed longer than I usually do and when I saw it was 3:00 I realized I had t eaten yet and was starving. I remembered our studio manager raving about the taco truck at Gilroy and Riverside so I thought I would give it a try. The woman working was super nice and I asked her to make me two of her best things. She asked and I said there wasn't anything I didn't like. The beef and chicken tacos came up quickly and I decided to sit in the sun and drink my ice cold soda and dig into the gorgeous tacos! So pretty! I love when a place puts the extra effort in as that seems rare these days. I ate the chicken first and it was delish - but I saved the best for last / the pork taco was probably the best one I've ever had / especially with the added home made hot sauce that I was warned packed quite a punch. Happy for the warning I only used a few drops and it was taco perfection. Wil definitely be back to try them out again / the taco shells were home made as well - and blue!
