Hope I could put to this people O STARS after coming back for second time to pick up my box and showing my ID that unfortunetly I forgot home the first time,he still didn t want to give me my mail showing even my passport with my name because the address didn t match .It was a waiste of time and extremely fustraring after calling the office to get my mail back home they told me I should get my box just with my ID or passport.Finally Mister Mail gave me my box and I told him I will put him a complain for all my time waisted,It seems the owner or manager pretty arrogant stalked me saying :OK come let s put a complain NOW! I ran away from all those people that I really don t know what s their problem seriously ,I never in my life I had to deal with a horrible costumer service and such a rude people! Stay Away! I go in there all the time to mail things, plus the gentleman there is a notary, which I often need for work. Very friendly staff.

We've had a box at Mister Mail since 1996, and we're very happy. The current owner and employees take good care of us. We send our packages through them, they call us when we have a box, and we have a key so we have 24/7 access to our mail. The service is great, and the people there remember all the regulars so there's a personal feel, including, like the other reviewer says, helping us to our car with larger packages and boxes. read more

I have had a mailbox here now for about a year and a half. I don't check it that often. Anyway, I forgot what day I opened it and when the renewal came around I didn't even know. So I went in one day and grabbed some mail and a note was there saying, please renew. It was really great of them not to close my box like the USPS. I went there but no notary was on the site and they tried to get me to wait for half an hour until they could get someone to come in. Places shouldn't advertise there is a notary if there isn't one on site while they are open. read more

Mr Mail on sunset is no longer my friend. my package was not sent with proper postage even though I paid for postage it never made the package. $6.00 worth of my personal stamps and extra $10 money I paid cash. That never made it on package. I got fired! Thanks mr mail! read more

Nice and friendly. But FYI they don't do Flat Rate shipping through USPS. They meter it, which defeats purpose of using Flat Rate. I had called first to ask rate over PO before I lugged that heavy *** box over there (walking). Was told that prices are about 10% over PO, which seems standard. They are all very friendly and helpful and always try to find me the cheapest route to mail packages. I prefer going to them where I actually get customer service as opposed to the usps post office. Do not trust them for your shipping needs! I gave them three boxes to ship to Europe. They were very delicate miniature models, that I worked on for months. I told them several times to put a sign to show which one was the side up. It was really EXPENSIVE to ship those boxes and to have them packed. I finally opened only one of these boxes now that I am in Europe and the miniature model is completely destroyed (months long work). They put the shipping label in the bottom, and no "side up" at all, so once I opened the box the model was upside down and all ruined! They filled the box with tons of USELESS pieces of polystyrene that messed up everything. It's all broken now, I have to do almost everything all over again. They did a HORRIBLE LAZY JOB and I am scared to open the rest of the boxes! I hate to write a bad review about them because I thought they were nice people, but apparently they could care less about me or my business and give me a nice service. So I am certainly not going to care about them or their business! read more

I am WAY overdue leaving a review for Mister Mail. They are the BEST. Bar none. I never go to the post office any more, thank goodness! And no need to go to UPS or FedEx, either. At Mister Mail they can calculate the postal rates for you using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. They will give you good advice regarding mailing and cheapest ways to do it. If you need something boxed and carefully packed, they will do that for you (for an additional cost, of course). I've seen them boxing very expensive items for others (example, a guitar). If you have some stamped mail you just want to leave with them for mailing, they are glad to do that. I have NEVER had any problems with mail left with them and and it goes out just as fast as if I had taken it to the post office. Out front and on side streets there are metered parking spaces, but I typically just use the loading zone out front since I'm not usually there for more than a few minutes. Which reminds me... there is rarely a line! They also have mailboxes there, although I don't use that feature. And they have a fax, which I do use. Finally, they are the nicest guys you will ever meet. They know what they are doing and do it well and efficiently. They look up when a customer enters the store and don't ignore you. They are friendly and always greet me by name when I come in. You can't do better than that. I have been recommending them to my friends and neighbors for many years and it's about time I shared my comments on Yelp. read more
