Came here for the first time and did not disappoint! The ambiance is very intimate and service was great. Loved the little touches like the lights for the menu. Everything we got was great.

5 Stars - A perfect birthday dinner at Mister Parker's From the moment we arrived, the evening felt special. Aaron and his team provided flawless service--warm, attentive, and perfectly timed--making our birthday celebration truly memorable. We started with craft cocktails (a classic Old Fashioned and a perfectly balanced Sidecar) and a glass of silky Pinot Noir. Dinner was outstanding: the steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the crab cake rich with sweet lump crab, the roast chicken perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the salad fresh and bright. We capped the night with decadent chocolate cake that was as beautiful as it was delicious. The setting is pure Parker Palm Springs--intimate, stylish, and full of mid-century charm. Every detail, from the music to the plating, felt intentional. If you're looking for an elegant spot where service and cuisine shine equally, Mister Parker's delivers. Highly recommended for a special night out.

My friends and I had an unbelievable dinner here after dining at Norma's in the morning. We were able to snag at 7:30 pm reservation on a Sunday evening for Mister Parker's. Upon arrival, we noticed that the space was dimly lit, creating a sexy, moody vibe. As we were seated, we were given menus and little handheld flashlights to view the menu with. I thought that was such a unique and fun personal touch. The resident sommelier came over and introduced himself and chatted with us for a bit. We all decided to start with a glass of wine. When our waitress brought the wine over, she also brought a small candle to our table and lit it. She came back a few moments later with warm sourdough bread. She said the candle was made out of beef fat butter and we could literally pull the bread apart and dip it into the butter candle. (I'm super impressed at this point lol). For my appetizer, I ordered the Lobster Bisque. The way it was presented was so fun. A server brought out a bowl with lobster pieces and dollops of creme fraiche and then he poured the bisque into the bowl. To top it over, one of the lobster pieces had a little bump of caviar. So good! For my entree, I ordered the 7 oz Prime Filet Mignon, which comes with chanterelles, bone marrow butter, and duxelles. The steak was cooked to perfection and everything was seasoned well. We opted out of dessert as we were very full, but the waitress brought us each a homemade blueberry muffin (individually wrapped) that the chef made earlier in the day. It was the perfect treat to eat for breakfast the next morning. Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. I will come back here again and again whenever I visit Palm Springs. Even if you're not staying at the Parker, do yourself a favor and dine here. Ps the music was on point too!

Service and food absolutely exceptional. Sadly my dad passed a few days before booked this months ago to spoil my husband. I felt special in the beautifully designed space, It was an amazing evening!

Jonathan Adler did an amazing job design decorating the interior of this hotel. I love the artwork, the 70s era vibe, patterns/textiles/vibrant colors. The ambience was very classy and everyone was so polite and caring. The drinks and Mr.Parker steakhouse experience was the cherry on top for my 40th birthday!

We didn't have any issues around 10pm. Seating: An intimate lounge for the most part, bar seating, group seating, room for about 50 people total. Vibes: Downtown Palm Springs is an eventful place. Small enough that it's close to the type of vibe you need. As for the space itself, it has a dim lighting, a tv for sports or popular shows if you just want to zone out. You have your usual singers and a good ebb and flow of people trying to catch a song. Karaoke is definitely the heart of this place. Whether someone is absolutely crushing it or having fun with friends, it's a supportive place with good vibes all around. DRINKS Vodka Soda with Lime (Recommend) A simple drink that gets the job done. Cold, refreshing, and well balanced. Just a solid cocktail to help you relax and enjoy the vibes. CUSTOMER SERVICE Friendly, attentive, and easygoing. DJ is great and same as the servers. TL;DR OVERALL 4.5 Stars. Good drinks, welcoming people, and one of those neighborhood bars that doesn't have to be expensive and flashy. Great space where people can laugh, sing, meet new friends, and enjoy a night out. Enjoy! TIPS * Karaoke is the main attraction--don't be afraid to sign up for a song. * Vibes will come in waves, sometimes it's poppin and sometimes its chill.

Sure you pay for everything for decor, glassware and not just spritis, but I recall wondering how they price their drinks becuase not everything is equal or standard mark up when some things aren't house made it's easy to cost out becuase you stop paying for creativity after a certain point. It feels like they took alot of Mr. Lyons business model and use that for pricing rather than a sole entity with their own margins. The service makes up for it, the ambiance makes up for it. The crowd makes up for it. Far less wrinkled and aging snowbirds and retirees circling the drain in their waning days. People dressing up and celebrating, genuine convivialness abounds with most guests. It's not somewhere else trying bring that vibe here, it's pretty authentic. No complaints on vibe or service. But we need to talk about the furniture. I sat down on a booth that crackled like it was held together by a single roll of duct tape and sheer optimism. The patio chairs are in the same boat; wobbly stools held together by a prayer, and what looks like clearance-rack lawn furniture. This is Palm Springs, a town famous for its mid-century modern design, and the seating currently looks like it lost a fight with a garage sale. I have been to Zaldas nightclub years ago and it was a fun place. Anyway, looked up on Yelp and found this gem and my friend and I got excited, took an Uber and went straight to the club. We didn't have this much fun in a long time. David was very nice, kind and attentive. Since we had already eaten, we only ordered drinks. We both opted for Coconut Margarita (blended) didn't want to cross the line and get drunk. That is why we took the Uber down there. Smart idea right? Right! They have a dance floor, DJ, and live music. Also a cover charge for entrance. $10.00 which is not bad at all. Other places charge way more..Can't comment on the food, since we didn't eat there. The minute I came back from the restroom to my seat, this lovely elderly gentlemen invited me to dance. Since he was more like my friend's age, she thought that he was about to ask her to dance.. Place was very clean, David checked on us twice, and the feeling/vibe along with the atmosphere was just PERFECT!! The song that the band was playing was "Besame Mucho". I am sure most of you have heard of that song, if you haven't, it's never too late. If I happen to be in Palm Springs again, I will definitely go back to this club. You are never too old to have fun. One of the reasons I keep coming back is the availability of private dining rooms that are conveniently located near the main dining area. If you're planning a group dinner meeting, just be aware that the sliding doors don't completely block out the noise from the dining room, so conversations may not be as secluded as you'd expect. That said, the food is consistently outstanding. The heirloom tomato salad is an absolute must-order. The crème fraîche dressing is incredible. Pro tip: save some bread to soak up every last bit of it. For the main course, the mesquite-smoked carne asada is exceptional. The meat is cooked perfectly, and the combination of pinto beans, ranchera sauce, and slightly sweet corn pudding creates a balanced and memorable dish. The portions are thoughtfully sized! A couple girls ordered the carne asada, and really enjoyed that as well. I'd say the biggest miss for our group was with the drinks. One gal ordered a vodka soda with lots of lemons. She recieved a literal glass of vodka, full, with a whole bottle of sparkling water on the side. This was so odd, but we're not the type to send things back so she went with it. Another lady ordered the manhattan and the server noticed immediately that it didn't look quite right, and had that fixed. It had come with an orange slice and no vermouth originally.
