We all thought it was the most strange way you could give someone their protein for their dish. The pasta was delicious and a large portion that turned into 3 meals. Our waiter, Alonzo, was wonderful! He explained everything to us! We ordered a bottle of wine and he told us the really cool back story of the brand. He told us how long our meals would take to prepare. He was very attentive and helpful. I will say, for a restaurant called a "Vineyard", I'm shocked they don't have a more extensive wine list. There were maybe 5 Sauvignon blancs, and 4 of them were from California. Only one was from New Zealand, which is the one we ordered. I think they have more drinks than they have on their menu. I feel they're missing an opportunity to sell more by not letting the customer know everything that's available. I don't know if I would return.
