We were walking by and saw a sign for this place even though it is tucked back off the main path in the village. The inside is small and does not have any seating. They do sell pizza by the slice, which is what we were looking for. Their slices are super thick and they only had a few options available when we were there. We got a slice of pepperoni and they threw in the oven to heat up, similar to other pizza places with pizza by the slice. The dough was soft and fluffy. We have been here several times and purchased several pizzas to take home with us because that's how good they are. Misty mountain pizza, oh how delicious your crust is! Alright this pizza place has the best, crispy, crunchy crust! Even the next day the pizza crust is still crispy! I'm not sure how they do it, but it's delicious! They have many different pizza combinations to choose from. You can purchase it by the slice in their display or you can order a large or x-large pizza. Yes they only have two sizes! One night we decided to get a large pizza and they said that it would be 25 minutes. It was much longer than 25 mins and even though we were sitting there waiting they said nothing. We had to ask they said a couple more minutes. It literally took forever and the customer service was very poor. I think that if they were nicer and treated their customers with respect then it would be fine. They are literally a hole in the wall pizza shop above Hilton right in the village. That means it's freezing cold while you sit there waiting for your pizza. I would suggest just getting it delivered to avoid the bad customer service. read more

The crust was thick and the pizza was not as greasy as you would find in the United States. We ordered three meat lovers slices of pizza and it only cost us $7.50 Canadian money. The store was small, hot and compact so you could just order and sit outside if you choose to. Hands down the best gluten free pizza EVER! Ordered the veg, GF, and vegan. Pricey but 200% worth it. Misty Mountain Pizza is kind of tucked away in a little corner so it can be hard to find, but what drew me there was their A frame sign for $5 for a slice and a drink, and if i remember correctly $8 for 2 slices and a drink. We opted for the $20 large pizza up to 5 toppings and a 2 liter of soda. We ordered it with pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms and olives (i think) then we tried to ask for another topping, then the guy told us that cheese counts as one of the toppings. So basically its just 4 toppings not 5. I got the impression he was new there and i think he's mistaken but oh well. It was a 20 minute wait for the pizza but it was well worth it, i like the bubbly semi thick crust it was both chewy and crunchy and made the whole pizza. What i found weird was that the "pepperoni" was very different than what I consider pepperoni, it was not a round dried sliced sausage but had more of a bologna consistency to it, but it got a bit caramelized around the edges that stood out. I also noticed that they did not offer sausage as a topping. So its definitely not an italian style pizza but still very good. Came down from mountain after an afternoon of skiing. Was craving pizza. Came across this place. Had a sign outside, $5.25 for a slice and soda. Walked in pizza looked good. Ordered a slice and soda. Bill was $19. Lady worker noticed my expression so she said, oh sorry I thought you had 2 slices, I'm fairly confident she was trying to trick me. So she adjusts the bill. Now it says $9. I asked outside sign says 5.25, she says costs have gone up. I ask, then why do you still have sign still up? She says waiting for a new one. Note here that besides the inacccurate pricing outside there is no other menu or pricing inside. So fine I pay the $9, too tired to argue. Few minutes later, while waiting for my food, another person walks in and orders. After being presented with similar pricing as mine he questions her as well. She asks him if he is a local, he says yes, and she grants him the outside price. The pizza was ok nothing great. I would definitely not be quick to return. The owner of the pizza place Rose was very unpleasant. We ordered 4 slices of pizza (3 cheese and 1 olive). Unknowingly 1 slice the olive one had ham and salami hidden in the pizza and as a Vegetarian I ate a few bites until I recognized that it had meat. When I asked the shop owner to please change that slice to a cheese pizza she was unwilling and very rude. It has nothing to do about the $3.50 for goodness sakes But it's about service and as a repeat client coming to Whistler you would think they would care about clientele.
