i think this pizza was the best food i had in Whistler honestly. it's the only place I would come back to, so it's more a 3.4. I went in with low expectations as our whole entire food experience had been depressingly subpar since the start of our trip and we found this cute little spot while walking around the village. The name was fun too, so we decided to come back for dinner. It's take out only as there's no tables inside with a very narrow entrance to order. The ambiance gives off similar vibes to a dominos or little Caesar's back home in the states. The service was very quick and sweet though. I was pleasantly surprised to see the large variety of vegan options for once and the cashier was patient with our questions. It took about 20 minutes for all our pies to be done and there's side sauce/chilis you can throw on after as I did. They won't call you when it's done, so you just have to wait outside and check in. This pizza spot also uses a sesame crust seed crust which was my first time ever having anything like that. Between my cousins & I we ordered the beyond supreme, beyond beef & potatoes, and the regular supreme. Beyond beef & potatoes w/ vegan cheese: i really liked the flavor of this pizza. There was a good amount of each topping, but i could've done without the onions. They weren't cooked all the way through and still a bit crunchy/acidic. I hate onions in general though, so I just picked them off as I was originally hoping they would go by unnoticed. The flavor of the pizza was very smoky and hearty. The beef and potatoes are cut into very small pieces along with the veggies that are diced. I was full after eating it and enjoyed the texture from the sesame seeds. The tomato sauce was a bit too sweet for my liking though, but when you add the chili flakes and the hot sauce it's no longer an issue. My cousins finished their pizzas, but didn't feel it was anything spectacular. I think my only other complaint would be that the pizza falls apart easily when eating the toppings just slide off. Also would NOT recommend saving this pizza for later unless you had a new wave to put it in or something. The pie gets insanely soggy and is no longer enjoyable after a few hours; it's better to be eaten fresh. All in all though it's open much later than all the other restaurants around and is worth the try at least once :)

We ordered the 16" large pulled pork, there was barely any pulled pork on the pizza, lots of bbq sauce though. They never called us, and we went back to them about 40mins to find out that it was ready. They have a unique crust with sesame that was yummy, however the toppings were very underwhelming for the price.

Got a half and half large pizza. Half butter chicken. And half chicken pesto. The chicken pesto was good but the chicken butter was amazing. Ceasar salad was also good. Service was friendly.

Fat Tony's exceeded my expectations. Good pizza! If you are staying in the Whistler area, give them a try.

Excellent pizza. I was surprised by the other ratings as our pizza was nothing fancy but as good as you typically get.

Located in the Creekside village neighborhood, where we stayed, is one of the best pizza's I've never had! We sat at the bar, which is quite small, only 8-10 seats. Be advised that when you're booking on OpenTable that this means you're sitting at the bar, not a "bar area". The restaurant was really warm on a July evening, there is no AC and the wood-fire oven is constantly running. However, none of that took away from our amazing dining experience. Our sever/bartender was incredibly kind, and we had great service during our visit. The pizzas are phenomenal! I will be back for the Pemberton Potato Pie, a truly delicious slice. The Lumberjack was also very tasty, with just the right balance of sauce, cheese and toppings. Overall, Creekbread is a must visit when you're in Whistler! Don't miss out just because it's a short drive from the village.

They have a huge brick oven on the one side of the dining room. The Salad was terrific with a great dressing and roasted potatoes on top. We ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza and a pulled pork pizza . Both were home runs!!! The crust was crispy yet soft inside. The outside was really delicious. They were very busy and it took almost 45 minutes to get our pizzas. Not our servers fault and he was very attentive and apologetic about our look wait. Definitely does miss the pizza here if you are in Whistler!

He didn't seem to fully understand what we were looking for, and it would have been helpful if he had mentioned the upstairs patio, which turned out to be exactly what we wanted. Downstairs, Chloe provided excellent service inside (away from crows) and her warm service really turned the experience around. We enjoyed cocktails there, then closed out our tab before heading upstairs. The upstairs outdoor area was much quieter and far more relaxing. The young man serving us upstairs could not have been nicer, and we had a beautiful view of the mountain bikers coming down the mountain. The pizzas were excellent, and the overall atmosphere upstairs was fantastic. Black's Pub has a great location, excellent cocktails and food, and outstanding service. The arrival experience could have used a little more attention, but once we discovered the upstairs patio, the experience was absolutely five-star.

(Kari's Rating 7.5/10)…read more Get the hot honey pizza!!! Came with a group of 8 people around 2 o'clock and got seated upstairs on the patio. It was a little chilly but they had the heaters on above. We ordered the truffle fries and the poutine. Truffle fries were perfectly crispy and the garlic aoli was spot on. Very delicious. The poutine I'm not a huge fan of by itself, but it was visually more appealing than Longhorns which I had a day ago. Again, it's just soggy fries. Ordered the hot honey pizza, double pepperoni parmesan and the bbq. Was not aware the barbecued had pineapple on it, but we powered through as a group. Every single piece of pizza so this is just the right amount for eight people.

Others have said they aren't traditional Aussie pies and I get that if that is your expectation. I always try to appreciate the cafe for their take on the food items. Peaked Pies didn't disappoint. It is a small spot with just a few tables outside and a few tables inside. The eatery gets pretty busy so we felt lucky to get a table inside. They have a lot of choices and we settled on the ones we wanted to try. I went with the veggie pie and added the mushy style peas, mashed potatoes and gravy to the top. Mr. B decided on the Kangaroo pie after talking to the staff. He was a little leary of where the Kangaroo came from, but we were told there is a farm in British Columbia that raises them, so he wanted to try something he had never had. Please see the note below about the kangaroo. There is a correction. The pies came out and were quite large, but we must have been hungry and they were scrumptious we finished them off. Let's start with the veggie pie. It was filled with veggies, carrots, potatoes, onion, corn, celery and yams. The sauce is a coconut milk based sauce and was creamy. The Hopper, with ground kangaroo was lovely. The pie is filled with ground kangaroo, and I mean ground, it was fine meat and stuffed full with a Cabernet Merlot Balsamic Reduction that balanced the sweetness of the meat. The service was great, the staff was nice, and helpful. Great choice. NOTE: I received a correction from the owner of Peaked Pies after posting this review. The Kangaroo is not sourced from British Columbia as we were told. While the food was excellent this was disappointing to hear. Mr. B specifically asked where the kangaroo was sourced as he didn't want frozen and would have ordered something else. I wanted to let you all know I was wrong as we were given inaccurate information from the staff.

I got the chicken, mushroom, and leek pie to go because I wanted to eat it outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Whistler. I thought I was going to be able to eat it by hand since they packaged it in a bag instead of a container. However, as soon as I started eating it, it immediately fell apart and I had to use a fork. It was really messy to eat. The crust was good and flaky, but the filling was nothing to write home about. It wasn't very thick and I guess I was expecting something more like a chicken pot pie. Again, this was my first time trying an Aussie pie, so maybe it's just my taste buds, but I wasn't too impressed.
