This office seemed promising at first but I decided not to go back after my experience with the unprofessional and incredibly rude staff. The worst one is the bitchy office manager, Amanda who gaslights you and will make up lies to cover herself. They only care about money here and will find a way to overcharge you for every little thing. If you question it they will be condescending and talk down to you. Save your money and find an office who actually cares about improving your health instead of manipulating you and seeing you as a dollar sign. Took my stepdaughter here for routine cleaning and check up last Saturday and everyone's so friendly and hands-on. Before the procedure, Dr. Barcohana gave us a walk through of what's going to happen. She gave us good tips on how to keep my daughter's teeth healthy and clean. Their office is neat and clean. From the start I had great customer service experience and communication via email with Madeline for all necessary documents and process to establish care. During the first visit of x-rays and evaluation we discussed a treatment plan. I recommend Dr. levitt as he his highly professional, thorough, open to questions and educating his client. Additionally, I have Sjogrens Syndrome which affects my mouth and he took his time to discuss this with me and listen to my concerns and worries. He immediately referred multiple oral regimens to me. Lastly, during the actual dental work he was kind to check in with me every few mins (as I can stress and get scared in the chair) as well as educate me on what he was doing, why, and for how long, so I knew what to expect and when to expect it. I have been going to this office for years and since Levitt took over I have not been a fan of the office policies at all. They are always looking for a way to change you extra money and your insurance. Example: I was told that you must get a complete full set of X-Rays every 2 years (from my understanding this is not a mandatory regulation) and you must see the dentist every 6 months to rack up more charges, even if you have no problems. I like to get my teeth cleaned every 3 months by the hygienist and I haven't had any issues in years. I feel that it's my choice if I choose to see the dentist and to get a full set of X-Rays and I shouldn't be forced to get them or see the dentist. Now if they see something that is out of the ordinary or an issue then absolutely. Also it's kind of funny the last time I saw him for his check up and said there wasn't enough space between two of my teeth and that he needed to open up the space between them so that the hygienist can floss between them easily. he use some kind of sandpaper metal strip and had a wicked hard time while pulling my mouth all over the place. Well after he fiddled with my mouth, something had to be adjusted and I need another appointment.... Coincidence or not.... I say Not. Either way in my opinion the hygienists are very good, but the dentists office as a whole and there offices policies are not. I asked to only see the hygienists for a cleaning and I was told that "I can go else where if I didn't want to comply with office policies." Fail! read more

This is the first time I've been to this office and from the moment I stepped in I was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful staff. The girls at the front desk, Amanda and Kirsten were so nice and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I was actually seen at the time of my appointment with no wait. This in and of it self is a rarity in the medical/dental field. The office is clean and modern and looks as though the staff really cares. Leslie was my hygienist and really took care of me. Update: so this drama had been going on since March, finally resolved this week (July) but it required me to get way more involved than I ever should have. The resolve included a bunch of emails from Dr Levitt's office telling me it was resolved (it wasn't) and asking me to change my review because it would mean so much to them. While I'm sure it would help to increase their overall rating the warning stands. They screwed up billing and i think it's fair warning to anyone going here to keep an eye on it. My honest feedback is they need to pay as much attention to their billing as they obviously do to Yelp reviews then they wouldn't have to worry about situations like mine. Original review: Went to see Dr Levitt for a complimentary Invisalign consultation which went fine and I left considering changing dentists - won't be doing that now. I was shocked to receive a bill in the mail several weeks later saying they attempted to get $90 out of my insurance carrier who denied it so they went the bill to me directly. I called them and they agreed it was issued erroneously. Fast forward several more weeks and I find out it's still sitting with my insurance who have now paid part of it. Moral of the story - keep a VERY close eye on your insurance and their billing because it seems they're not very good at it and they'll try to get money for consultations they initially claim are free. Not at all happy, they've completely destroyed my trust in their abilities. read more

Went here on the strength of a co-workers words of praise. I was in a tight spot, and needed my cracked tooth fixed ASAP. Dr. Levitt's office got me in the next day, began the process to fix the tooth... I had not been to the dentist in over 5 years. And the fear and anxiety I built up left instantly upon meeting Dr. Levitt. He is clear, concise and to the point along with being efficient and empathetic as well. All things I believe are needed in this type of work to ensure confidence. Not to mention the quality of his work is above and beyond. He literally hit the mark and then some. I had a wisdom tooth coming in and was quoted $100 for a consultation. Dr. Levitt then did a complete oral exam, which I did not want or ask for. I go to leave and the office tells me the price is almost $300! A huge jump from $100, ridiculous. I told them I was quoted $100 and that I just wanted to know if I needed my wisdom tooth pulled. They said, "my mistake today's visit is only $100." I then get a bill a week later for the price they tried charging me for after my visit. The time comes for me to get my wisdom tooth pulled (by an ortho surgeon, not Dr. Levitt) and they need full x-rays because the x-rays Dr. Levitt's office sent weren't good enough and did not go far back enough. I'm super picky about Dr.'s and I WILL NOT be going back to this office. The staff doesn't get back to you even though they say they will. They tell you one thing and do another. I received a cryptic email from a staff member saying they left me a voicemail, which is false. Staff lies, hard to get an appointment, parking is terrible. Don't bother with this office. read more

i love going to this dentist! 1, it's really close to my work and 1/2 our office goes here. they're really nice and friendly and take the time to explain everything to you if you have any questions. 1 time, i had to get my cavity filled and i told them to give me as much novicain, since the last time i had to get my cavity filled by other dentist who did a bad job (i can hear all the drilling and tearing and feel, which is very scary when you're young), and they gave me what i wanted. so i didn't feel any pain at all, which i was happy about. usually i just park on the street near the building since there are meters around or you can park on the street for free for 2 hours. i would recommend them to anyone. * 4/28/11 - just an update that dr. enstedt handed the reigns over to dr. levitt earlier this year. new owner seems nice and friendly. staff is still the same and still love going here. ;) * read more

I wish I could give his practice 6 stars. I left a message on a Saturday, after breaking a crown and by next Tuesday I was in his chair and we had a game plan. One month and a half later I had the crown done, a cleaning and several cavities fixed. I just graduated! His front desk is friendly and efficient, I always love being greeted and helped by Amanda and Madeline. Sally and Darlisa are amazing assistants and make sure I am comfortable from beginning to end (the hot towel is the cherry on the cake) and Kelly, the hygienist gave me the best cleaning in a while. Dr. Levitt is the best. Super knowledgeable and detailed oriented. Not to mention funny and kind. Nothing is a problem and he will answer any questions you may have and always checks if you are ok while he is doing the work. I am confident I am getting the best care. I visited this office for several issues this past summer. First I had a general check-up and a clean-up (very much due), then I had some cavities filled, and lastly I had a guard made for my grinding. I could not be happier with Dr. Levitt and all his assistants. They are all incredibly professional and also very approachable. I have to say I get very scared of needles and cavity filling procedures, but I felt very well taken care of at all times. Moreover, he never "pushes" any procedure unless it is absolutely necessary; and if it is not, he will let you decide. He is honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. I would also like to mention how nice and helpful the receptionists are! Michelle and Sintia have been the best at helping me figure out my insurance situation (Delta Dental). They also assisted me when my mom needed a letter from them for her international insurance (she saw Dr. Levitt while she was here visiting). I have never been happier with my dentist! :D read more
