After acknowledging the damage, I was told they would make it right and at minimum refund the $400 I paid for the service. Over the course of about a month, I was repeatedly led in circles and given assurances that never happened. "Josh" personally acknowledged the damage, shook my hand, and told me he would take care of it and get me squared away. After weeks of back and forth, I was ultimately told issuing a refund would be "bad business." What's actually bad business is damaging a customer's vehicle, acknowledging responsibility, making promises, and then walking them back without attempting to make things right. I'm a United States Navy veteran and disabled veteran. I'm not trying to get over on anyone -- I simply expected accountability and honesty.
