Wow. I was not expecting this caliber of ramen to be in Columbus, GA. The pork gyoza was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The tonkatsu black ramen with mild spice was phenomenal. Great spice level and savory broth, good portions of chashu, ramen, bamboo shoots. Perfectly soft boiled egg. Great service as well.

Absolutely love their tonkotsu and karaage bowls. Service is decent, never bad. They sell their ramen bowls!! I use them at home all the time for noodles. Nice, low key restaurant right off of Veteran's which is easy to get to. I go here often and even order it to go sometimes. They pack it really well.

Sunday evening...seated quickly. Service was quick. Issue: FLIES! Honestly, I should have known before I walked in because of how terrible is smelled outdoors. The smell was extremely repugnant. I'm not sure if I'll return after the horrible smell prior to entering the establishment and all the flies while dining indoors. If we were outdoors, I think I would be more tolerable. On the other hand, our waiter was outstanding and the food was delicious. I absolutely love a spicy Ramen dish. Four and a half hours later, I'm not sick. This was my 4th visit. My first visit occurred when they first opened and there weren't alcoholic beverages being offered. Only Ramen. I returned again with a guest and we sat outdoors and alone during lunch when the options were Ramen and Vietnamese. It has NEVER smelled the way that it did today. Fix it.

We tried several dishes. And they were so delicious we didn't start taking pictures until the entree arrived. Everything we ate and drank we seasoned perfectly. We were well taken care of by the staff. We will return!

I worked here for over a year and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The whole place was a mess and run terribly, but to mention most everyone who works there is extremely rude and racist. The kitchen is a wreck too. None of the food is made in house. The broth comes shipped in bags, the noodles are frozen, the same okonomiyaki used there can be found in the freezer section of the Asian grocery store, not to mention that the crepe cakes they sell are also at the Asian market for only $3 ( mizu sells them for about $7) Not to mention the place is always nasty. There's roaches and fruit flies and no matter how many times I brought it up to my manager, or customers complained, nothing was fixed. The back of house was no better and the freezer where all the food was kept was never organized and was a cross contamination breeding ground. Cooked meat next to raw meat, deserts next to raw meat juices, the beer taps draining on the floor. I tried bringing up these issues and other ones and was just constantly told that I was complaining and nothing was ever changed. The men that worked with us were sexist and would always physically push us and verbally berate us and I don't think they liked that I didn't take it quietly. Despite the manager always telling me that I was hardworking and if only every employee he had was like me, they still fired me because I called him out for yelling at and treating the 16 year old host like garbage. Even though I was basically doing his job for free, taking inventory, getting supplies for the store, handling manager calls because he doesn't speak fluent English, ect. And not only that, but then he tried to lie and say I was a terribly employee and didn't do my job whenever I tried to file for unemployment. Sorry to all the customers that enjoyed talking to me about the anime I played (with my own streaming services) and the anime songs (also my own service) but I would rather jump off the bridge than ever go back here

Likely the best place to get ramen in the Colga area! Though we really are lacking in options there. Every time I have been, the food has been nice and the service good. It's never awfully busy and the theming is nice. Good experience! Would recommend for good Japanese cuisine.

So I came in this evening because my teenage son wanted to. Once our food came out it seemed like gnats also came with the meal. Our waiter swatted them away and told me how much our bill was. This will be the last time I ever step foot in this restaurant. Our waiter was not phased by the nastiness of having gnats around us.

Great place to stop for Ramen or chicken and rice. The gyoza is very good with a nice kick of spice. Not too hot. The servers are freindly and fast. Very willing to accommodate requests. The restaurant is decorated very authentic with opportunities for pictures.

Pork belly bun. It was ok but the mayonnaise was an odd addition.

I don't think people around here know what good ramen is. We had a #2 and #7 and both were pretty bland. Not awful but not tasty. If I go back I'll try one of their spicy ramen to see if it has more flavor.

This new ramen bar is amazing. I would tell everyone to come and try it out. The staff were very knowledgeable of the menu and very nice. This establishment is very price friendly. The noodles are very thick but very tasty. I swear you will not need to add to seasoning at all. I ordered the spicy shrimp bowl. I will tell you this please get the chicken curry rice bowl. When I tell you it is amazing and you will definitely be hooked on it. I have one bad thing to say is that the pictures don't represent the true items you will get in your bowl. So make sure you ask before you order.

I'm a ramen fanatic, but also very picky about where I go. I'm happy to report that Mizu exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and our food was served quickly. Most importantly, the ramen was excellent! My fiancé and I both enjoyed our meals. We will definitely be back!

I've come to this restaurant multiple times, and I'm always happy and leaving with a full stomach. They have a wide variety of flavors as well as drinks that you can order. One downside is we ordered the octopus appetizer on the menu it shows a picture of rings like calamari style however, as you can see in this review photo, it is actually baby octopuses not rings, so is very shell shocking to see on our table. We've ordered multiple different kinds of Ramen only took pictures of the first few that is of my negligence. All the Ramen we've had have had great flavor good portions and can appreciate the spices. You can add yourself on the bowl that are at each table the sake was great. The lemonade was great, I think this place would benefit from also doing a create your own bowl Ramen for more picky eaters. the guy appetizer is always a fan favorite. We love this place they used to have a devil or demon bowl. They need to bring that back. I'd love to take on that challenge or even a giant Ramen bowl challenge would be an excellent publicity statement for this place. We will continue coming back as long as we're in this area.

For Columbus, Georgia it's good. Anything past Muscogee county it sucks. The broth is pretty much always under seasoned and Luke warm.

Tonight I went with a very nice poke at the very chill and sanitary POKEMEN. This place has all of the ambience of an ice cream parlor. It's very stripped down very minimalist in it style. It is in a small strip center that appears to be populated mostly by finance companies and staffing agencies. It is a nice part of town, but not the best part of town. There is a nailed place and a Chiropractor I think. Let's get to the main event. The poke is awesome. I use brown rice as a base and then went with spicy tuna. I went large so I got four scoops of fish and let me tell you this was some really good poke. I added cucumbers, onions cilantro , pineapple, so mine had a really sweet flavor to it and I also had them put some tempura crunchy over the top of it. It was in my opinion the best bowl of poke I have ever had. That is saying something as I have had tuna poke all over the southeast And the West Coast and up the Atlantic seaboard. It is one of my favorite dishes. I think the fact that everything was ice cold, and the place was incredibly sanitary, added to my enjoyment. All of the vegetables were fresh. All of the fruit was cold. The fish was cold. The rice was the right consistency. Nothing was dried out, nothing was wilted, and everything tasted as it should. There were a lot of young people coming in having dinner, it's near an anytime fitness center so you do get to see a lot of fit young people that are enjoying a good healthy meal. They also have Ramen, it's a spicy Korean Ramen, which I wanted to have a small bowl of, but it only comes in one size bowl. It's not a huge, but it was more than I needed after having a large poke. I would go back again and again, this is my third trip to this restaurant in the last two years, I think it's a good place and I recommended.

The staff was really running to manage all of us, and they did well. My table of four had one hibachi dish and the Unsinkable 1 sushi boat, which had a variety of sushi, some sashimi, two tempura shrimp, and curly radish noodles on leafs. It was very attractive and satisfying. I had hot tea, which was nothing special: just a tea bag of green tea in a plastic mug. The restaurant could improve the presentation on that. One tv was showing music videos with the sound off. Another tv was playing anime with English subtitles. The walls were covered in hand painted sushi art and posters of many kinds. As a Chinese-American myself, I was so shocked to see such a huge menu where they had such a rich diversity of dishes, and they were all so good and authentic! We ordered so many dishes (just the two of us haha, probably forgot to include some pictures). The key is to order and eat "family style" meaning you share everything. Now, granted, you might not want to share cause everything is so good and you'll want it for yourself. There's something for everyone, so if you're a food veteran (or just a veteran in general- thank you for your service), or a newbie, there's such a large menu, I promise you'll find something you'll like. They also serve teas/milk teas/boba! We got the Mongolian beef, pork belly rice bowl, chicken and potato (spicy btw- also watch out for the ginger), and garlic pork Xiao long bao (they have instructions on the table for how to eat it). Service is also really incredible- I didn't get to ask his name but the kind Filipino server was so so wonderful! Very attentive, made great conversation, and made our dinner experience that much better :) he recognized my boyfriend from how often he used to come here! Will definitely be back again when I visit town again. Also- take this from a native Houstonian/Texan with a vast array of experience with Asian cuisine. Definitely should come- I was pleasantly surprised.
