It was really just okay. I ordered the chicken hibachi and the Hollywood roll. The hibachi was really just rice and the "vegetables" was only about a quarter of an onion, I had one small piece of carrot and no zucchini. The roll was not worth the money or calories at all. There was twice the amount of rice as your average sushi roll and probably half the filling. Overall, you can definitely tell they go cheap. I will most likely try Joy hibachi next time rather than returning. The only reason for a 3 star rather than 2 is because they gave me extra yum yum sauce and they were pretty quick! read more

This place is so skimpy and chintzy!!! (Seems to me, the only thing you're buying for around10 bucks is a chicken breast. The rice and onion is pretty cheap.) If you are looking for a 4 cups of rice, a sliced up chicken breast, half of a chopped onion, 3 tiny strips of carrot, and one zucchini slice for almost 10 bucks, then this is your place. (Mine was so salty I couldn't even eat it). I also had egg rolls and crab Rangoon which always have less than a teaspoon of filling. Good grief, put some filling in the sides and some veggies in the meals. They seem to have a lot business because the food is made to order, but of course, there is not much competition in the town of Sedalia. Sedalia people are desperate. Got the crab rangoon and a Hollywood roll. The rangoons were DELICIOUS, and the yummy sauce to dip it in complimented them so well. The roll though, was alright. It was really big, but that's because it's mostly rice. I was expecting more filling. I was also expecting a bit more flavor. But all I really taste is the soy sauce. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and surprisingly fast! Maybe other menu items will make me change my mind. read more

Great hibachi place! California roll and shrimp tempura rolls are solid but we're not fans of the other sushi. Staff is always friendly.

Hands down one of my favorite places to eat in Sedalia! Good service, fast and AMAZING food!
