Big dealers send car there that have to many people problems. And places like car city buy them. Needless to say you will be sold a lemon. will have to repair at least once a month and you will have to come back with making your payment on top of your insurance on top of making all mechanical repairs. They will not help you with this. They will give you the runaround they will not give you a loaner car and continue to tell you they have no loaner cars. They will only provide help by tacking on maintenance onto the sales sticker of the vehicle even there warranty has holes in it where they won't cover certain things that help save them more money. You are the guinea pig. Don't come here. I will be making it unfortunate decision and I'm going to be letting my car go because there are so many issues with this car that I've been sold and I have been on the phone with them many times, including the bank and neither party wants to do anything I will be pursuing legal action against this company because what they are doing is gross and sickening, I am a man of God and papa has told me to take care of these people and best way I can.

But if she is accompanied by a male over 30yrs of age then be careful. My daughter went into 1680 28th sw Wyoming 49519 Mi. store and was sold a repossessed car for 44,000. It had been in multiple car accidents in which you could tell from the dented up body,. This car had several dents all around it, scratches all across the hood that were clearly made from an angry person. The transmission was stalling, there was a smokey smell coming from under the hood into the car. The lights inside kept sticking, wheels where sqeaking, it had not been detailed, there was food at the roof of the inside of the car and much more. Once I witnessed what they sold her I took her right back to the company spoke with a Britt Bridges about what they had done told him this was unexceptable and he called the POLICE! We explain to the cops that Britt was angry because we would not except his excuses. We said he was angry because as women we were standing up to him and he did not like that! We then allowed the cops to view the evidence paperwork and price $44,000 they freak out as well. Nothing was done cops left no report. We reached out to Corporate to get more support on this issue as we were still unhappy. 3 days later we met with a Dean Degroot: He was an OutRight DISRESPECT Person I don't know how he is in his position we tried to lodge a complaint against Britt Bridges and he said no he won't allow it! We then made this sorry company draft a letter relieving my daughter of all responsibilities of this non funtionable car she has sihned it. Now I am looking to lodge a complaint against this company for fasley calling Police on myself and my daughter. I had been car shopping for over 4 months looking for just the right vehicle. Multiple test drives…read moreand dealings with several different dealerships and sales people. I found the perfect vehicle for a good price here at the Sharpe collection. But what made the biggest impact on me was the way this dealership conducted business. I am by no means a car guy. I actually hate buying cars. Basically i have no idea how to navigate my way through the usual "List price, asking price and what the dealer will actually take for the car" game that i don't know where to begin. I also don't like to play dealers against each other. I just want a fair price and then i will decide if i want the car or not. I have plenty of online tools to know what the cars value is. Dealer price, fair market value, etc... But i don't need the added anxiety of the "Dicker game" Like the commercial were the salesman throws in a Michigan football helmet to close the deal. and then immediately puts out a duplicate one after the customer leaves, i don't want to feel "played". I had to the most honest, straight forward experience at the Sharpe Collection with my salesman, Shaun Waid. He set up an appointment with me to test drive the car, showed me all of the information and history on the car without me having to pull it out of him, and gave me a great price on the car without my having to negotiate. This is how I like to buy a car. Shaun even came in on his day off when i was picking up the car to make sure i was taken care of. That was cool! I wish this one price, no hassle sales model was standard across the board. I will surely let people know about my experience with these folks every chance i get. But then again, i guess that's what i'm doing here writing this review! :)
