They explained their pricing to me (and didn't just give me an auto-reply with a dollar amount). Most importantly, they were able to accommodate my schedule. The last company quoted us $6,200 to redo the entire line. We were devastated. A friend of my husband's recommended Armando, he came out same day, and within an hour the problem was completely fixed for a couple hundred dollars. Here's the kicker: the issue was the mixing valves, located right under the sink next to the tub. The previous company not only (intentionally?!) missed it entirely, they also kinked our line underneath AND left a wet rag inside our kitchen ceiling after cutting it open for no reason. Armando found all of it. He sat with us in real time and dialed the water temperature to exactly what we wanted, explaining everything as he went so we actually understood what had happened and why. No upsells, no scare tactics, no mystery. Just honest, skilled work. On top of all that, he was genuinely kind, funny, and had the best energy. Our dogs loved him (and our dogs are very good judges of character ). He's already coming back to fix a low-flow toilet issue for us too. Oh and he even cleaned up our floor under the drywall hole he didn't even make. We are customers for life and will recommend him to literally everyone we know. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else. Call Armando first.

Armando came out and within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem, fixed the line, and got the job done fast. He also left the work area clean. The price was very fair, especially for the quality of the work and how quickly he took care of everything. On top of that, I mentioned a DIY project I was working on, and he kindly gave me some extra parts and advice to help me get it done right. I was really impressed by his professionalism, honesty, great pricing, and the quality of his work. It's hard to find people who do honest work with that kind of attitude nowadays. Thank you, Armando. I'll definitely be calling you again.

He was able to schedule me for the next day, arrived on time, and took the time to thoroughly assess everything. More than anything, I appreciated how much he explained along the way. Even while he was working, he would have me come over and show me what he was seeing and what he was doing. I'm an inquisitive person, so I really appreciated him taking the time to educate me instead of just fixing the problem and leaving. Gordon and his son Collin resolved our issues and left everything clean when they were finished. While he was here, I also asked him to look at a few other things and provide estimates. In the process, we discovered that our pressure reducing valve needed to be replaced. I'm thankful he took the extra time to look at it and flag the issue. The final cost was right in line with the estimate he originally gave me. Gordon was reliable, honest, helpful, and easy to work with. I will absolutely use Top Notch for any plumbing needs moving forward and would highly recommend them.

Trustworthy plumbing came to the rescue when another plumbing company was not only doing a poor job…read moreof lining my sewer pipes, but had damaged my main water line. Jay came through the same day to fix that main water line and explained how Trustworthy could line every bit of my sewer line with inversion pipe lining vs pull through which is limited to access points. The pull through method would not be able to line the entire cast iron pipe under my bathrooms, which was the whole point as they were in poor condition and had root intrusion. I parted ways with the other company and signed onto Trustworthy the next day. Jay and Scott have gone above and beyond, installing the best materials and doing an expert job of prepping my old cast iron sewer cleanouts (two) that would have been impossible to line past those points without removing them and replacing those sections with PVC pipe and new cleanouts instead. When they jackhammered through the concrete of my front porch to get to the old cleanout at the front of the house, they proactively replaced the main water line in addition to removing the old cleanout and replacing it with PVC. The pipe liners lined everything in one day, getting all of both bathrooms and the tie ins (sinks, toilets and tubs) under the foundation. They also did the concrete work to patch the hole when it was done, as well as patched a significant crack near my front door. I highly recommend Trustworthy plumbing. Jay and Scott are the best!

He was extremely pleasant, listened patiently, and answered every question I threw at him without making me feel like I was a clueless homeowner. Big bonus: he took a minute to show me exactly where the main gas shutoff to the house is, which is the kind of stuff you hope you never need, but you really want to know. While he was here, he also re-caulked my bathtub fixtures for a very reasonable cost, and everything looks clean and professional. Five-star experience from start to finish. And the cherry on top: as he was leaving, he handed me a magnetic business card to stick on my water heater... which is perfect, because my water heater is on its last leg. Now I'm prepared for the day it decides to retire without giving two weeks' notice. Highly recommend this company if you want solid work and zero stress.

This weekend we had an emergency plumbing issue that unfortunately we had to call Roto Rooter for since Tunnell did not have availability that day. It required follow up the next day for a more permanent fix but Roto Rooter quoted us so much that my husband decided to call Tunnell again to see if they could squeeze us in the next day. They could and quoted us literally less than 1/4 of the price that Roto Rooter quoted us for hydro jetting. Upon arrival, Seth took a look and said we actually don't need hydro jetting and he could get the job done even cheaper with his chain. He did it quickly and efficiently.
