Just moved from NY to LA and needed help buying a car in this crazy market. After weeks of visiting dealerships and speaking to many salespeople, I got frustrated and looked for a car broker to help. I initially found a different one but didn't like working w/ them (felt that I was being talked down to) and then came across Michael's business on Yelp and decided to give him a try. I almost gave up on Michael too though! I tried to contact him on the listed website thru an open form but didn't hear back. I then sent an email to same address and it bounced back (info@ address). I finally decided to message him on Yelp (because how did he have so many 5 star reviews?!) and he responded within a few hours.
