Shannon was particularly helpful in answering many questions I had when considering my options; the level of professionalism and willingness to find workable solutions regarding some unique considerations spoke volumes to me about the care they have for their customers. After putting down a deposit, I was immediately provided an installation date and 4-hour window. On that day, we received a text and email letting us know the name of the technician and that they were on their way. We ended up noticing a minor ding and paint issue on the door and our technician, Donnie, was incredibly understanding and immediately called in the issue and scheduled us another installation for two weeks later. Our second installer, Ross, was fantastic- he arrived early on a very hot day, had us inspect the new door first, and finished the job in a little over an hour. The final product looks amazing and blends perfectly with our home. Den Defenders proved that even if minor hitches occur, they handle them with ultimate professionalism. Yuriy messaged me first that he was on his way and he came exactly on time. The repair required him to remove the door trim to access the door hardware. He had to charge me for that which I had no problem with. He completed the job, and also showed me why the door was off and how he fixed it.
