    MNGO Sago

Came here due to so many reviews on yelp! When I came in and queued, there were staffs behind the counter who were busy by themselves and didn't even acknowledge the line of people (since there was no person dedicated to take order). I did order MNGO Sago which was great taste, it came with tasty mango ice cream, some cubes of mango and mango pudding over the mango. Other order that placed was Vietnamese Coffee which was so disappointing! As you can see from the pic, the fill the ice FULLL however, they didn't fill the coffee till full (this considering the amount of ice, the liquid is not even half of the cup!) AND I was charged full! Taste wise, considering drinking 'thousand times' of Vietnamese Coffee, this WAS NOT the one; it was awful since the coffee is not strong and didn't taste enough condensed milk. This was not something pleasant as first visit to my opinion. Decor is influenced with plastic mango tree & fruit which was the concept of this cafe which quite appealing. Will I come back?! I will think 1,000 times for this to be honest.

Came here craving mango and wanted to leave in an instant. The second you walk into the place it's super hot n muggy. I couldn't even begin to describe how unpleasant of a scent the whole place was covered in the second you walk into the door. It's like a combination of incenses, toilet water, and sewer in combination with how the air was. This was also on May 22, 2026 at approximately 2100 for reference. Despite that, I was still craving mango so we ordered Togo. The sticky rice combination with the coconut cream is great and honestly the only reason I gave this place one star. Well I guess the interior decorations are also nice but that scent will make u want to get out of there in an instant. The mango itself was super sour how disappointing. The sago wasn't anything special. Parking surprisingly wasn't so bad but usually really packed and hard to find a spot. After tonight event I won't be coming back. I'd rather buy mango from the grocery store or even sticky rice from another restaurant that isn't as nasty as this.

Decided to give MNGO a try. Two of us had: mngo sago $11.95 mango strawberry fruit tea with boba $7.95 Mngo sago was ok, toppings were all avg. Nice that most of the ice cream is dairy free (except vanilla based on staff). Fruit tea was a bit tasteless and boba was not good at all. Limited parking during peak hours in the plaza. Open to trying the shaved ice or maybe another drink if I'm ever in the area again.

First things first, there is free parking and it's in a huge shared lot. I'm not sure what the two recent reviewers are talking about. We parked and we stayed for as long as we liked. There was no security and we went around 9:15 pm on a Tuesday. Second, we ordered two items and none of them were overwhelmingly sweet. They were way less sweet than any American dessert place. We ordered the black sesame dessert and mango sago. I kind of wished the pictures looked like what you got, to make it look more accurate. They were huge servings, you can easily share with 2-3 people. I liked both desserts equally. The staff was very kind. Apparently, it's a big hangout for teenagers and tweens and they dirtied up the place by leaving their dishes on the tables. The food and service is a 5 out of 5. Ambiance is like a 3 out of 5. The total score is a 4 out of 5.

Strawberry shaved ice was delicious, also got the mango coconut smoothie which was also delicious! I would recommend to stop by and check this place out! So good!

After a delicious omakase experience at Matoi (located in the same plaza), we were looking for round two of dessert. I was pretty excited to try this spot because it's been bookmarked for over 6 years but I haven't had the chance to try it until now. Usually I would order 2-3 desserts but since we were pretty full, we just opted for the mango shaved ice. I love the cream on top and the pudding that is inside the shaved ice. They also give you a side of mango sauce and condensed milk in case it's not sweet enough for you. It was a perfect portion size for about two of us and maybe because it was a late thursday evening, there was barely any wait for us. Lots of seating inside, so it's great for big groups. I'll be back to try more shaved ice and other mango desserts during my next visit!

It could just be me, but I wasn't completely impressed with this place. Don't get me wrong the menu is absolute GOLD. I love it and there are so many options to choose from but I didn't love everything I tried. I ordered 3 macarons: pistachio, chai tea and strawberry For $2 the size was fine, the crunch was there and every bite was super soft w/ a good amount of filling. I think it was just the artificial flavoring I could taste that I didn't like. I'd probably give it like a 2/5. The mango sticky rice was actually a sweet deal. I like that it came with ice cream of your choice. I got the mango flavor and it also came with either a custard or pudding in the box w/ 3 scoops of rice and mango. The only thing I didn't like is I wish there were more mango pieces and I wasn't a fan of having to scoop it off the peel. I'm used to it being already cut and w/ way more mango. Buttt I do like the aesthetic of it it's a really cute vibe. Inside is huge with a lot of space. I love the setup of the mango tree and seating around it, it totally fits the whole theme. Lastly, I had the creme brulee vietnamese coffee. It wasn't bad or amazing, kinda in the middle. I'd rate it like a 6/10, but this is just me! Service was really good and I was able to adjust my sweetness level of the coffee. It is strong which i enjoyed but not super memorable to me. Definitely give them a try though! Overall, the style, vibe, plating, logos everything is a 10. I just wasn't wowed by anything. Would I come back? Possibly.

One of my favorite dessert places on convoy. Very easy to park because it's in a shopping plaza and parking is complimentary for two hours. Their ambience is so playful and fun with the mango tree in the center and lots of cute wall decor. The mango is so fresh and they have so many options for shaved ice as well as different kinds of desserts. I have been here multiple times over the years. I went most recently this past weekend and we got two different kakigori. So light and delicious. It comes with a fruit sauce as well as condensed milk and then underneath all of the shaved ice, they have jelly or boba or pieces of fresh fruit. Perfect stop after eating lunch on convoy.

i've been coming here throughout the years. I'm so glad this place has stayed open. They are consistent, great service, great quality food. they improved the interior of the café and it's so cute with all the hanging mangoes, etc.

Mango lovers, this is one dessert shop you won't wanna miss! For our visit, my BFF & I got the OMG Oh-Man-Go, Black Sesame Soy Pudding, and Mango Shaved Snow. If you're looking for something on the lighter side, then I recommend the shaved snow. You're basically eating mango flavored shaved ice that's significantly lower in calories than the other desserts. I'm normally a fan of black sesame ice cream, but I would advise against it. The taste is too heavy on the cream side. The texture wasn't very smooth either, so I didn't enjoy it. The OMG Oh-Man-Go overall was a very heavy dessert. It came with 3 big sticky rice balls that you eat with the mango and coconut milk, a mango pudding, and your choice of ice cream. The Black Sesame Soy Pudding came in a soupy bowl. It had soy pudding, a large scoop of black sesame ice cream, brown sugar boba, and black sesame balls. This dessert would've tasted better without the black sesame ice cream. Skip the black sesame ice cream and maybe you'll enjoy your desserts more than we did. We might come back, but know what to avoid next time.

OMG!!! I've heard about this place and finally got a chance to drop by!! It wasn't too crowded when we arrived but by the time we received our dessert, the line was almost out of the door!! This establishment reminded me of a shaved ice place in Seattle, but THIS place is so much better!!!! Ordered the MNGO Kakigori -mango flavored ice mango pudding fresh mango house cream sauce to share. It was soooo DELICIOUS!! The dessert was amazingly light and just flavorful!!! Next time I'm not sharing!! lol I highly recommend this place!! I'm surely coming back soon to try other items in the menu!!!! Thank you

Went to MNGO cafe with a friend for my birthday a few days ago. I had been wanting some mango sticky rice and had never tried this place before. The way they described how MNGO cafe does it was "it's a presentation". They were right. When you eat in-store, your order comes on a wooden plate and each item has its own section. We got the OMG plate which has one slice of mango, sticky rice, mango pudding and ice cream. You get chose what flavor you want and we both chose mango. The presentation, A+. This was so cute. I don't like my food to touch so as the ice cream began to melt, I was moving things around but that just means you gotta eat the ice cream first. I think next time I would ask for the ice cream in a cup cause it spilled all over the table. I think the plate is only high enough to keep it for the presentation. We went on a Thursday around 1p. There was only one family present. The staff were super chill. There is lots of seating (the have those nice bench seats too). They have so many options and of things that are completely different. They also serve milk tea which is something I would not have assumed! I'll have to come back and try something else.
